酒店餐饮管理系统的设计与实现

随着我国国民经济的迅速发展，酒店餐饮行业的业内竞争日益凸显。因此广大的餐饮业经营者都迫切的希望更进一步提高自身管理效率，从而能给客人提供更具品质的服务。呆板的人工手抄记录，难以跟上高速的都市生活节奏。为了促进酒店餐饮管理的专业化，高效化，科学化，我们为酒店餐饮企业开发了酒店餐饮管理系统。

本系统是基于C/S模式开发。系统的最终设计目标是实现餐饮管理系统的规范化，无纸化，和自动化。系统采用JSP技术与SQL Server 2005数据库结合来实现具体的功能，主要分为以下几个功能模块：散桌与包房管理、菜谱类型管理、菜谱信息管理、点菜信息管理、结算管理、财务查询报表。

本文重点介绍了酒店餐饮管理系统的关键技术和本系统具体功能的实现。

Design and implementation of a summary of hotel

and catering management system Abstract

With the rapid development of national economy, industry competition has become increasingly prominent hotel and catering industry. So the majority of the catering industry operators are eager hopes to further improve its management efficiency, thus give more quality of service offering. Artificial handwritten record stiff and difficult to keep up with fast pace of urban life. In order to promote the hotel and catering management professional, efficient, scientific, we developed hotel and catering management system for the hotel catering enterprises.

This system is based on C / S model development. The final design of the target system is to achieve standardization of food and beverage management system, paperless, and automation. The system uses JSP technology combined with SQL Server 2005 database to achieve specific functions, divided into the following functional blocks: San desk and rooms management, menu type management, recipe information management, order information management, billing management, financial tracking reports.

This article focuses on the key technology and hotel and catering management system specific functions of the system.
