东大路居沿线住区居民出行特性分析

摘 要

城市规划和交通规划是影响城市发展的主要因素,和居民出行经济,方便,安全,快速和舒适直接相关。交通规划可以促进城市的发展,交通规划是通过对居民出行特性的调查和分析来进行合理的规划,然后合理规划用地类型使之符合未来城市的发展。

东大路沿线住区位于东大路两侧,包括浦东花园和华侨绿洲。周围的地区还有许多社会基础设施的分布。该地区的交通发生与吸引,随着常住人口的增加,和机动化水平的提高,交通出行方式的变化是非常明显的,导致周边的交通环境也将发生变化,对居民出行特性进行合理的调查是很有必要的,通过对东大路沿线生活区居民出行特性的了解,并探讨住宅区的对应设施配套和潜在的交通隐患对未来的合理改变提供重要依据。

目前的浦口区正值快速发展阶段,随着居民收入的提高、就业岗位的增多、出行方式的选择愈发多样化,以及土地利用(特别是是商业用地,娱乐用地,公共设施用地还有交通设施用地)的分布变化调整的影响,东大路沿线的基础设施拓展的空间十分有限,拥挤加剧,通过合理的规划可使城市道路的发展、用地布局规划、基础设施建设和交通政策能够有序推进,同时也能符合社会经济和城市功能的发展需求,从而满足不同收入居民的出行需求,对不同出行需求的居民合理地引导出行方式从而提升居民的生活水平,进一步实现可持续发展。
