金城丽景居民出行特性分析

摘 要

一个小区的居民出行影响着周围的商业的发展，但也会因为现有交通的不足导致道路拥挤，金城丽景在扼守的长江大桥的入口，该小区的居民出行的研究具有典型意义。

论文以金城丽景小区为研究区域，以居民出行特征调查与分析为主要研究内容，结合小区入住率。采用问卷调查的方式，对出行频数、出行时间、出行方式、出行距离、出行目的、年龄、性别、收入等问题进行调查。运用数理统计方法，对调查所获得的数据进行整理。接着分别对金城丽景小区居民的个体特征、居民的总体出行特征以及不同收入阶层的居民的出行特征进行分析，并用图表直观呈现出来。然后将各个特征两两组合进行交叉分析，总结小区居民出行的一般规律和存在的问题，分析影响居民出行的主要因素。

最后，在上述分析的基础上，预测该小区居民未来的出行需求，并结合地铁三号线对居民出行的影响，对该小区的合理交通模式以及潜在交通隐患提出改善意见，为城市用地、交通设施、基础服务设施以及用地功能合理组合提供依据。

Abstract

A resident travel affects the development of surrounding commercial, but also because of lack of existing traffic congestion in the lead, Jincheng Lijing guards the entrance to Yangtze River bridge, is typical of the area residents travel.

The paper does research on  Jincheng Lijing community,investigating and analyzing the residents trip characteristics as the main research content.I investigate travel frequency,travel time,travel mode, travel distance,travel purpose,age,gender,family income and other issues by using questionnaire survey,and clear up the survey data with the method of mathematical statistics.Then I respectively analyze the individual characteristics,overall travel characteristics and travel characteristics of different income levels on the residents of  Jincheng Lijing  community,and illustrate visually by chart.Afterwards,I combine various features in pair to analyze and summarize the general rule of residents travel and the existing problems of the community to analyze the main influence factors.

Finally,based on the analysis above,I predict the future demand of the community residents travel,and put up with improvement opinions on reasonable transportation mode of the community and potential trouble of traffic,combining with the influence on residents travel of metro line 3,to provide the basis for urban land,transportation facilities,basic service facilities and reasonable combination of land functions.

近几年来，随着社会经济的迅速发展，作为国民经济动脉的交通发展也非常快，城市规模也越来越大。城市交通基础设施建设步伐日益加快，快速干道、立交桥、大容量公共交通系统等大规模的交通建设项目日益增多。同时随着城市化进程的加快，城市人口逐渐增多，城市交通需求也明显加大，而且随着居民生活水平的提高和消费观念的转变，居民的出行需求也越来越大了，所以，目前国内大多数城市存在着交通供给和交通需求的矛盾日益激化的问题。对于城市交通需求，居民出行调查能全面地反应出行者的社会属性信息和出行信息，刻画城市交通出行的特征。国内外的调查实践说明，居民出行调查可以全面的再现城市交通随机性强、变化多的特点，能解释出城市交通问题的内涵和原因，以及交通需求与土地利用、经济活动的规律。
