摘 要

中国自改革开放以来，随着我国市场经济体制趋于完整，市场对企业的要求更为严格，企业需要拥有属于自己的快速反应机制，缩短交货周期，降低成本，改善服务。在当今竞争激烈的环境下，企业之间的竞争主要是供应链之间的竞争，但库存成本竞争力的当务之急。企业要想长期发展，库存管理在这之中充当了至关重要的角色 ，合理的库存管理可以更快捷的提升企业服务的价值，降低库存管理成本，但它可能间接地提高企业的服务效率，增强企业守信的竞争力。本文对A企业的运营管理系统区研究企业的库存管理，从A企业的实际情况出发，提出切实可行的优化方案，为我国中小企业的库存管理优化具有一定的借鉴作用。

首先对基本概念文件库存管理，并通过理论分析，企业库存管理问题进行了详细分析的基础上阐述，包括需求预测不准确，后面的库存管理方法，并没有建立有效和及时的信息交流机制，等等。，分析问题的基础上，以科学的理论体系为指导，结合具体情况的数额提出的业务企业对于实际的优化
