摘 要
:女性一直是学前教育领域的主体。然而随着幼教事业的发展,家长越来越重视幼儿教师性别的平衡,男幼师逐渐进入大家的视野。要达但到真正的性别平衡还有很长一段路要走,男幼师不仅入职难且容易入职后因不适应而选择放弃自己的职业。本文通过分析男幼师入职不适应因素,从职前教育、社会舆论、幼儿园以及男幼师自身四个方面提出建议,希望能帮助男幼师尽快适应幼儿园生活,减少其入职后的流失率。关键词:幼儿园,男教师,入职适应
Abstract: For a long time, pre-school education has always been dominated by women. However,with the development of preschool education,parents pay more and more attention to the gender balance of preschool teachers,so the male preschool teacher gradually came into view.But there is still a long way to go to reach a true gender balance,not only o mention the difficulty of getting a male preschool teacher,but also there are many male preschool teachers who choose to give up their careers because they are not fit for kindergarten.This paper analyzes the inadaptability factors of male preschool teachers,and makes suggestions from several aspects of education,social media,kindergarten and male preschool teachers.We hope that we can help the male preschool teachers to adapt to the kindergarten life as soon as possible and reduce the turnover rate after his entry.

1前言
1.1 选题背景
目前,我国的学前教育事业发展正受到前所未有的高度关注,幼儿园不再局限于关注幼儿的入园率,而是更多地将目光转移到教师的质量与师资结构上。男教师出现在学前教育领域是经济发展的选择和社会进步的必然趋势。在中国男幼师的“ 存活率 ”还不足万分之七,男幼师被称为“极品大熊猫”。[1]
据《中国教育报》2005 年 3 月的一份调查报告显示,当时全国男女幼儿教师的比例为 0.3:9.7,在大连的比例是 0.05:9.95,武汉市的比例是 0.6:9.4,而在国内公认幼儿教育最为发达的深圳,比例是 0.04:0.96。[2]
