摘 要

我国是一个农村教育大国，一大半的小学和学生都在农村。可是和城市小学想比，在师资力量，教学设施等方面还有着不小的差距，这对农村小学教学水平的提升、以及农村学生全面素质的发展是极为不利的。本文运用文献法、调查法，统计法，对赣榆区三所农村小学体育教育现状进行较为细致的研究与分析，目的是为了找出赣榆区农村小学体育教育现有存在的问题，在此基础上，通过数据分析、归纳整理等逻辑法，运用体育管理知识、体育健康理论、提出了自己对于未来三所农村小学体育教育的意见和建议，希望这三所农村小学的能够采纳，也希望本文能引起赣榆区各级政府和教育部门的重视并加强赣榆区其余农村小学的体育教育，进一步促进赣榆区农村小学体育教育的发展。

Abstract:China is a big country in rural education, and most of the primary schools and students are in the countryside. But compared with the urban primary school, there is still a small gap between the teachers and the teaching facilities, which is extremely unfavorable to the improvement of the teaching level of the rural primary schools and the development of the overall quality of the rural students. This paper makes a detailed study and Analysis on the present situation of sports education in three rural primary schools in Ganyu County by using the method of literature, investigation and statistics. The purpose is to find out the existing problems in the physical education of the rural primary schools in Ganyu county. On this basis, the physical education management is used by the logical method of data analysis, reintegration and so on. Knowledge and sports health theory, put forward their own opinions and suggestions on the three rural primary school sports education in the future, hope that the three rural primary schools can adopt it, and hope that this article will arouse the attention of the governments at all levels and the educational departments of Ganyu county and strengthen the sports education of the other rural schools in Ganyu County, and further promote Ganyu The development of physical education in primary schools in rural areas.

1、引言

我国是一个农村教育的大国，全国一大半小学生和学校都在农村。从这个比例中我们能够看出农村教育的重要性，以及我国基础教育中的地位，因此我国政府将农村作为了科教兴国战略的主要实施战场之一。可是和城市小学相比，农村小学在师资力量，体育场地设施，专项资金等方面还有着很大的差距。农村是小学教育的主要地区，农村小学体育教育是全国小学体育教育的重中之重，全国各地应当重视并加强农村小学的体育教育建设，更好地实现我国学校体育的目标，把国家素质教育工作确切落到实处^[1]。同时体育也是学校德智体美劳等教育模式中重要的组成部分，是推动我国人民身心素质全面发展的重要保障，也是推动我国向体育强国发展的重要推动力。

本文以赣榆区三所农村小学为例，通过对赣榆区农村小学体育教育的现状进行调查分析，全面了解赣榆区农村小学的体育教育的发展现状，进一步明确农村小学体育课的教学目的、规范教学内容、改进教学方法。

2、调查对象与方法

2.1研究对象

本文以赣榆区三所农村小学——黑林镇大树小学，柘汪乡秦沙小学和班庄镇演马场小学部分五、六年级的学生为研究对象。

2.2.1、文献资料法

通过到淮阴师范学院图书馆、中国知网，万方数据库等各种渠道查阅了多篇关于农村小学体育教育的文献，收集与本课题相关的各种资料，为撰写本论文提供理论基础。
