盐酸熏蒸结合IC、EA-IRMS测定气溶胶硝酸盐中稳定氮同位素组成

Abstract: It is very important to understand the atmospheric chemical reactions, climate change and global nitrogen cycle from the properties and migration features of nitrogen contents in Aerosols and it has become the hotspot and frontier of atmospheric environment and global change research.
Our study is a method design to measure the stable isotopic composition in aerosol nitrate nitrogen by using hydrochloric acid fume treatment to separate nitrates and others, measuring δ15N of total nitrogen and other nitrogen contents except nitrate, δ15N of nitrate nitrogen is calculated by the quality subtraction, base on which we can get the following conclusions:
1. The fume treatment can remove 99.96% of nitrate hydrochloride.
2. Hydrochloric acid fumigation processing time is 16 hours.
3. The content of ammonium salt does not affect the removal rate of nitrate.
4. Isotope fractionation is hardly happen in Hydrochloric acid fumigation process
