Abstract:【Objective】 To study the effect of sucrose and cellulose on the mineralization of soil organic carbon, a incubation experiment was carried out to explore the respond of CO2 emission, SOC and nitrogen to the sucrose and celluloseaddition.【Methods】After adding 100g dry soil in the incubated bottle, sucrose and cellulose were added to the soil by adding 5% of the organic carbon content to 25 C for 35 days, adding sucrose and cellulose respectively, and adding sucrose and cellulose together to observe the late effect of the mineralization .【results】The soil respiration rate of sucrose treatment increased by 27.52% compared with the blank control group,Cumulative CO2 emissions increased by 85.48%.The soil respiration rate increased by 1.59% and the cumulative CO2 emission increased by 4.55%.Two kinds of exogenous carbon distribution group, the amount of CO2 accumulated by adding sucrose in the later stage increased by 26.84% compared with the control group, and the excitation effect was increased by 794.55%.Late adding cellulose processing accumulated CO2 emissions increased by 0.27%, and the inspiration effect than the control group increased by 58.48%. Add sugar processing soil C/N was lower than those of cellulose processing, and so on were significantly higher than that of cellulose processing.【Conclusion】Both sucrose and cellulose have a positive excitation effect on the mineralization of the original organic carbon in the soil, and the excitation effect of added sucrose is significantly greater than that of the addition of cellulose.Sucrose promotes the effect of cellulose on soil organic carbon mineralization; The effect of cellulose inhibition on the mineralization of soil organic carbon by sucrose.The late addition of sucrose can significantly improve soil organic carbon mineralization and excitation effect. In the later stage, the treatment of cellulose was significantly higher than that of other treatment groups.
