摘 要
本次毕业设计的题目是孝陵卫初级中学新建教学楼1号楼结构设计。本工程呈矩形,建筑局部有突出,总建筑面积约为2600。地面以上共五层,角部塔楼(楼梯间)突出主体结构。主体房屋总高度为21.1m(含女儿墙投影高度),第一层层高4.1m,第二层至第五层层高3.9m。
本次毕业设计按照结构设计程序展开,首先进行方案设计,选用混凝土框架结构作为结构方案;结构分析则包括了平面布置、荷载计算、屋楼盖设计及配筋等;在主要计算的一榀框架中,进行内力计算及截面配筋,内力计算包括竖向荷载及水平荷载下的内力计算,将各工况下的内力进行组合,选取最不利内力组合进行截面设计,在这一过程中也验算了水平荷载下的结构位移情况;在主要的框架计算完成后,进行楼梯及基础的设计,楼梯采用板式楼梯,设计包括梯段板、平台梁和平台板的计算;基础采用桩基础,桩型为钻孔灌注桩,设计包括桩及桩承台等的计算。手算工作结束后,运用PKPM工程软件进行整栋建筑的建模及分析,并将电算结果与手算一榀框架的结果进行比较,分析误差存在的原因。最后利用电算结果进行结构部分施工图的绘制。

Frame Structure Design of Teaching Building 1
in Xiaolingwei Junior Middle School

Abstract
The project of the graduation design for me is the frame structure design of teaching building 1 in Xiaolingwei junior middle school.The plane of this engineering is generally rectangular, and there are prominent parts of the building, with the total covered area of 2600. Main building has 5 floors, and the stair room in the corner has 6 floors. The height of the main building is 21.1m, and the storey height of the first floor is 4.1m, besides, other floors’ height is 3.9m.
We conduct this graduation design according to the structure design program. Firstly, we choose frame structure design as a preliminary structural plan. Analysis of structure includes:the structural layout, load calculation, designing and reinforcing of the roof and floor ,etc. During the analysis of a frame, calculate the internal force under the vertical loads and horizontal loads, and finish the section reinforcement. The reinforcement design is based on the most adverse internal force after finishing the combination of internal force. During this process, the displacement of the structure under horizontal load is also considered.After finishing the design of the chosen frame, stairs and foundation are designed.The stairs are slab stairs and its’ design includes the calculations of step board, landing girder and landing slab.Choose the pile foundation as the type of the foundation, and its’ design includes the calculations of pile and platform on piles. When the hand computation is completed, use software PKPM to consider the structure as a whole.In addition, the results of hand computation is compared with that of software PKPM and find out the causes of these differences.Finally, 8 construction drawings at least based on the calculation results are completed.
