摘 要
随着石油等化石燃料的枯竭以及环境污染问题日趋严重,电动汽车等新能源驱动系统得到广泛关注并发展。电机是电动汽车驱动部件,在某些领域电机和控制系统的故障会引起较为严重的事故,因此电机的可靠性运行关乎着人身安全,因此对电机容错性运行和控制策略的研究具有重要意义。
本文针对FTFSCW-IPM的矢量控制策略以及缺相故障后的容错控制策略进行研究,首先对FTFSCW-IPM进行理论研究并熟悉结构,通过仿真软件进行数学模型的搭建。然后确定由矢量控制策略和SPWM控制策略构成的控制系统。针对电机运行时会出现的转速及转矩突变情况,采用PI调节器来限制实际值与参考值之间的距离。最后为验证设计方案的有效性,进行仿真研究,通过matlab对其正常运行状态时进行仿真,并在发生单相故障后通过matlab仿真研究提出的控制策略是否能够实现电机的降额运行。并基于matlab/simulink与ansoft的联合仿真,对磁路以及电路还有电机运行时给逆变器开断信号的控制方法和发生故障时的容错控制方式进行瞬态的联合仿真。仿真结果验证了本文所提容错控制策略的正确性及有效性。

SIMULATION AND RESEARCH ON FAULT TOLERANT CONTROL FOR FTFSCW-IPM UNDER OPEN PHASE FAULT BASED ON ANSOFTamp;SIMULINK
Abstract
With the depletion of fossil fuels such as oil, the problem of environment pollution becomes worse and worse, electric cars and other new energy driving system have gotten broad attention and development. The motor is driving parts of the electric car.In some areas, the failure of motor and control system can lead to serious accidents,so the reliability of the motor running is about personal safety,so the study of control strategy and the motor fault tolerant operation is of great significance.
This paper studies vector control strategy of FTFSCW - IPM and fault-tolerant control strategy after lack of phase.Firstly,study the theory of the FTFSCW - IPM and be familiar with its structure,through the simulation software building mathematical model.Then we determine that the vector control strategy and SPWM control strategy constitute the control system.To slove mutations of the rotational speed and torque at runtime,PI controller is used to limit the distance between the actual value and the reference.To verify the validity of the design,do the study of the simulation.By simulation to its normal operating condition in matlab and in the event of a single-phase fault simulation in matlab, to see whether the proposed control strategy can achieve derating operation of motor. Finally, based on co-simulation of matlab/simulink and ansoft, I make transient real-time co-simulation of the magnetic circuit, circuits and fault-tolerant control.The simulation results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the fault-tolerant control strategy.
