摘 要
在印刷电子领域,喷墨打印技术是大规模制备微纳结构的新兴技术,已广泛地应用于研制高密度、集成化的光电器件和芯片,以及新一代的光电显示器件等。金属纳米油墨是添加了金属纳米材料的新型油墨材料,具有独特的光学特性和电学特性。
本文介绍了一种较为创新的金属纳米油墨,我们制备了尺寸较大(100nm左右)的银纳米颗粒,并通过添加一定配比的混合溶剂,配制了具有导电性能的银纳米油墨。
实验中通过乙二醇还原法制备银纳米颗粒,在观察了银纳米颗粒溶液的TEM、SEM与光谱后,对比分析配制油墨需要的银纳米颗粒的尺寸与形状,选择了合适的过滤、表面处理的方法,得到了实验需要的银纳米颗粒。
从大量的文献中,对比近些年金属纳米油墨配制的方案,选择了乙二醇作为油墨的主要溶剂,在不断地对比实验中,得到了适合喷墨打印的油墨的溶剂的配比。为了防止银纳米颗粒的聚集,在油墨配制后,超声20分钟,使银纳米颗粒在油墨中分散得更均匀。
本文中使用的打印机是彩色照片打印机,打印的衬底是照片纸、光盘、手机膜等。通过分析打印的图案,我们可以对比不同浓度的银纳米颗粒油墨在室温下的导电特性等。

A STUDY ON THE INK-JET PRINGTING TECHNOLOGY
BASED ON THE MENTAL NANOPARTICLE INK
Abstract
In the printing electronics fields, inkjet printing is an emerging technology of large-scale preparation of microstructure. And it has been widely used in developing high density and integrated optoelectronics devices, chips and a new generation of optoelectronics display devices. Metal nano-ink is a new ink which adds metallic nanomaterials. It has unique optical and electrical properties.
This article introduces an innovative mental nano ink. We prepare Ag nanoparticles with large size (~100nm). By adding mixed solvent of a certain proportion, the ink that we formulate has certain conductivity.
By reading literature and discussing with my teacher, we formulate silver nanoparticles mainly with ethylene glycol, PVP and silver nitrate. After observing TEM、SEM and microscope, we can analysis the size and the shape of the nanoparticles. Based on the analysis, we select the appropriate method to filter and treat the surface of the solution.
Comparing lots of documents, we summarize several recent methods of formulating silver nano ink. Then we select ethylene glycol as the main solvent. We discover the proper ratio of the different solvents, which can be printed correctly. In order to prevent aggregation of silver nanoparticles, we can ultrasound the ink to make the silver nanoparticle disperse better in the solvent.
In this article, we use a color photo printer to print the silver nano ink. The substrates are printed photo paper, sulfuric acid paper, CDs and the films of mobile phones. By analyzing the printed pattern, we can compare the optical, conductivity and some other properties of the silver nano ink, which contains different concentrations of silver nanoparticles.
