摘 要

创业从21世纪初就成为国家政府关注的热点。李克强总理更是提出“大众创业、万众创新将会成为中国经济的新发动机”。在如此重视创新的时代，初创期作为企业发展的必经阶段和关键一环，起着尤为重要的作用。在现在这个产业转型的时期，这些新生力量如何生存发展、能否顺利度过初创艰难期并发展壮大已经成为政府、经济主体以及专家学者重点研究的问题。这也就涉及到是何因素会影响到初创企业生存发展以及这些因素的影响程度。

本文首先在查阅国内外文献的基础上分析了当前我国初创企业现状，研究2001年至2006年所有生存和倒闭企业的成立条件对生存期的影响，对样本提出假设并通过方差分析和多元线性回归分析得出结论。结果表明：（1）企业登记注册类型对企业生存期产生显著影响，其中外资企业生存期较长，港澳台投资企业次之，内资企业相较最短。（2）企业规模对企业生存期存在显著影响，即企业规模越大，企业生存期越长。（3）实收资本、研究开发费、流动比率对企业生存期亦存在正向显著影响，指标数值越大，企业生存期越长。（4）营业利润、利润总额两项指标对企业生存期影响并不显著。最后，结合本文结论，有针对性地从企业和政府两方面提出如何通过改进企业自身条件来提高企业生存时间，顺利度过初创期。

The Survival of New Firms Based on

Founding Conditions

ABSTRACT

From the beginning of twenty-first Century, entrepreneurship has become the focus of attention of national government. Prime Minister Li Keqiang also put forward "public entrepreneurship, innovation will become the new engine of economic China". In such a time of innovation, the start-up period is the essential stage and key link of the development of enterprise, which plays a vital role. In the period of the industrial transformation, new force how to survive and develop, whether can pass through the start-up difficult period and the development of expansion has become the government, economic entities and experts and scholars focus on the problem.This is also related to what factors will affect the survival and development of start-ups and the extent of these factors.

This paper analyzes the current status of Chinese start-ups based on the domestic and foreign literature. I studied the impact of the conditions of the establishment of the closure of 2001 to 2006 on the survival of the enterprise,and the hypothesis was put forward and the results were obtained by ANOVA and multiple linear regression analysis.The results show that: 1.The type of enterprise registration has a significant impact on the survival of enterprises, of which the survival of foreign invested enterprises is longer, the investment enterprises of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are the second, and the domestic enterprises are short.2.The scale of enterprise has a significant effect on the survival of enterprises, that is, the bigger the enterprise scale, the longer the enterprise survival period. 3.Real income capital, Ramp;D expenses, current ratio have a positive effect on the survival of the enterprise, and the value of the index is higher, the longer the enterprise's survival is. 4.The two indexes of business profit and total profit were not significantly influenced on the survival of the enterprise.Finally, combined with the conclusion of this paper, I propose how to improve the enterprise survival time by improving the enterprise's own conditions, and successfully through the start-up period from two aspects of enterprise and government.

1.1.1 问题的提出

初创企业，源于艾迪斯¹在“Corporate Lifecycles”（1997）中将企业划分为初创期、成长期、成熟期、蜕变期这几个阶段而得。因此，初创企业顾名思义，处于初创期之中的企业，即指那些初成立同时资金、资源并不充裕，常常面临资金短缺、人才匮乏等情况的企业。初创企业对其自身条件有较强的路径依赖，企业成立之初的战略决策、资本运营方式等对企业最初的五年甚至更久的时间产生着至关重要的影响，而初期也是企业最易动荡的时期，能否顺利在行业内站稳脚跟、做出成绩也是初创企业管理者所关心的问题。因此，通过实证研究探求企业成立条件对初创企业生存的影响，并提出初创企业成立及发展建议。
