摘 要

实现公共交通间的协调换乘是发展“公交优先”战略的重要一环，换乘信息在整个公共交通信息系统中也有着重要的作用。科学合理的公交换乘信息能够帮助出行者更好地规划出行，减少换乘的不确定性，提高整体的出行效率，增强公交出行的吸引力。因此，要促进公交的协调换乘，分析目前公共交通换乘信息的有效性是十分必要的。本文主要研究换乘信息的有效性评价，结合调查，确定相应的评价指标，建立模型对公共交通系统的换乘信息的有效性进行评估。

首先，通过预调查了解公交出行者关注的换乘信息内容，对换乘信息进行了定义及分类,确定信息质量、使用反馈、作用效果为换乘信息有效性的影响因子。按照塔式结构的指标体系构造方法，将三大影响因子拓展成12个具体的评价指标，初步建立评价指标体系。并基于实际调查结果，分析指标间的相关性，删去相关度高的指标，最终得到9个指标，并将其确立为公交换乘信息有效性评价指标体系。

然后，运用适合多目标综合决策的层次分析法确定评价指标权重。将建立的评价指标体系分层，通过专家意见对评价指标进行两两间的重要性对比，建立判断矩阵并计算各指标权重，运用物元分析法建立有效性评价模型。将公交换乘信息作为评价物元，确定“优、良、中、差、”四个评价等级。通过关联度对各评价指标逐一分析，得到相应的有效性评价等级，综合得到换乘信息的有效性水平。

最后，以南京市的公共交通系统换乘信息为例，应用建立的公交换乘信息评价模型进行分析，得到南京换乘信息的有效性评价结果。

Validity Evaluation of Public Transit Transfer Information

Abstract

To better implement transit priority policy, it is significant to achieve the coordinated transfer among different public transit systems. Meanwhile, transfer information plays an important role in the whole public transport information system. Provided with scientific and rational transfer information, travelers are able to better plan and manage their travels. It can reduce the uncertainty in transfer process, improve the efficiency of entire travel and increase public appeal for public transport. Therefore, the validity analysis of transfer information is necessary for the development of public transit. This thesis aims to analyze the validity of transfer information, find evaluation indexes and finally construct the validity evaluation model.

First of all, pilot survey is done to understand the information requirements of transfer travelers and it is able to define and classify the transfer information in this research. The three main factors of validity analysis of transfer information are quality, feedback and final effects. Based on tower structure, 3 impact factors are further developed into 12 specific assessment indictors, which form the original evaluation index system. Then, according to the correlation between indicators, those highly related indexes are deleted. Finally, the thesis presents a final evaluation index system with 9 indicators assessing the validity of transfer information from different aspects.

Next, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method is adopted to determine the weight of factors. AHP is suitable for multi-objective decision and synthetically valuation. After sorting the evaluation index system into different layers, experts in traffic engineering are invited to compare the significance between each indicator, and help built judgment matrix to calculate index weight. Then, matter element analysis method is used to construct the validity evaluation model. Transfer information is the matter-element. Besides, 4 ratings as excellent, good, fair and poor are listed. After research into correlation between indexes, the evaluation model shows the validity evaluation results for transfer information.

Finally, the thesis takes public transit transfer information in Nanjing as a study case. The validity evaluation model is applied to obtain the evaluation results.
