南通边检大楼工程施工组织设计

摘 要

本课题是南通边检行政楼的设计工程。该工程位于南通园林路与洪江路交叉口,项目为一幢办公楼,是市政工程。该建筑位于南通园林路与洪武路交叉口,为一幢15层简单装修办公楼,主体为框架结构,建筑面积17000平方米,建筑高度83.1m,地下室内外高差3.950米。一层层高为5m,二层和十五层层高4.2m,三至十四层层高3.7m,标准层层高为4.2m。裙楼2层,层高10.75米。地下共一层,层高3.9m。本工程结构设计使用年限为50 年,建筑结构安全等级为二级, 地基基础设计等级为甲级,地震设防烈度为6 度,设计地震分组为第二组,抗震设防类别为丙类,建筑场地类别三类,屋面防水等级为二级,地下室防水等级一级。

根据现有资料,主要包括设计院提供的建筑、结构图纸,以及设计研究院提供的地勘资料等,编写了施工组织设计报告。该报告内容包括:编制依据及原则,工程概况,主要施工部署,质量管理及保证措施,施工进度计划,主要施工技术,特殊时期施工以及专项方案等。本施工组织设计报告对于于施工具有指导性作用,根据本报告进行人工,器械及材料的合理安排,可以有效保证工期以及施工质量。

标准层模板采用18mm厚木胶合板做面板,50×70木方作背楞,选用Φ48×3.5m(无缝采用Φ48×3.0m)钢管支撑体系;支架每三层周转一次。

本工程1到3层采用落地式脚手架,脚手架步距为1.8m,立杆纵距为1.5m,立杆横距为1.05m,钢管型号采用Ф48×3.0m;3层以上采用悬挑式脚手架,每4层一挑。

Abstract

This topic is the design project of Nantong border administration building. The project is located in Nantong Garden Road and the road intersection, the project is an office building, municipal engineering. According to the existing information, including the Design Institute of architecture, structural drawings, as well as the design and Research Institute of geological prospecting data, the preparation of the construction organization design report. The report includes: preparation of the basis and principles, engineering survey, the main construction of the deployment, quality management and assurance measures, the construction schedule, the main construction technology, special period of construction and special programs, etc.. The construction organization design report for the construction of a guiding role, according to the report of the manpower, equipment and materials of the reasonable arrangement, can effectively guarantee the construction period and the quality of construction.

Standard template layer using 18mm thick plywood panel, 50 x 70 wood for Flute back, selection of phiФ48×3.5m (seamless use of phi Ф48×3.0m) steel pipe support system; every third floor bracket turnover time.

This project 1 to 3 layers of the floor type scaffolding, scaffolding step distance is 1.8m, pole vertical distance 1.5m, the pole horizontal distance is 1.05m, types of tubes with diameter of Ф48×3.0m; 3 layer above the cantilevered scaffolding, each layer 4 a challenge.
