摘 要
道路是构成一个交通系统的比较基本的要素,把各种各样的道路组织在一起就形成了路网,进一步,构成了一个城市发展的骨架。因此,道路网络的构建和研究分析是改善整个交通系统的基础。经过细致分析,道路网络建模工作在交通规划、交通管理与控制、交通仿真等研究实践中具有基础且关键的地位,路网模型构建的实时、准确保证了交通系统研究的及时性和可靠性,对城市交通甚至是整个城市的发展具有深远意义。
本文对现有路网建模方法还有GIS-T现阶段的发展状况进行了深入的分析和思考,也对比分析了多种建模数据源的优缺点与其对应的建模过程的可行性。进而在国内外研究现状的基础上,提出了一种新的以百度地图为数据源进行基于ArcGIS的交通网络建模方法。
本论文研究主体部分首先提出了从百度地图获取栅格数据的方法。基于python和Javascript的编程,本文实现了通过调用百度地图API实现图片的快速,低成本的获取工作,并使用百度地图的个性化地图编辑功能对其道路要素进行重新着色。接下来本文又利用ArcGIS将栅格数据矢量化并提取道路中心线,完成路网构建、路网数据存储。
除了直接在ArcGIS上进行分析研究之外,本文提出了还可以把经由过ArcGIS处理后所得的道路网shapefile文件导入基于GIS的交通规划模型TransCAD中,用于更多的交通模型,更好地解决各种交通网络中问题。

The road network modeling based on ArcGIS and its integration with TransCAD
Abstract
Road is the basic element in the transportation system and various kinds of roads constitute the road network, forming the skeleton for the development of the city. Accordingly, the modeling and analyzing of the road network is the foundation of improving the transportation system. After analyzing that in details , road network modeling is the key point in several aspects in research and practice in transportation area such as traffic planning, traffic management and control, traffic simulation and so on. The real-time and precise modeling of road network ensures the traffic researches’ promptness and reliability, which is of profound and lasting significance in the development of the city.
This paper conducts a throughout research of the current situation of road network modeling methods and the development of GIS-T. The writer also contrasts the advantages and disadvantages of various data sources and modeling methods. Based on these analyses, the paper proposes a novel method of road network modeling based on ArcGIS with Baidu Map as its data source.
This paper first discusses the method to achieve the acquisition of raster data from Baidu map. Via programming based on python and javascript, this paper uses sophisticated Baidu map api interface to display map information, saving development costs and improve efficiency. Then the paper uses ArcGIS for vectorization and completing the construction of road network, road network data storage for latter research and analysis in transportation area.
In addition to analysis on the ArcGIS, the paper also introduces the method of importing the road network file (*shapefile) created on ArcGIS platform to TransCAD, a software developed based on GIS technology to solve the problems of the transportation system efficiently and thoroughly.
