摘 要
作为钢桥面典型铺装材料之一,浇注式沥青混凝土以优异的柔变性能、密水性被广泛用于桥梁铺装工程中。然而,浇注式沥青混凝土的拌合温度为220~260℃,远高于热拌改性沥青混合料的拌和温度,并且其拌合时间4~6小时也远比普通石油沥青混合料拌和时间要长。在高温条件下经历长时间的拌合,浇注式沥青结合料的老化现象显然是不能避免的。沥青的老化会使其性能衰减,严重影响路面的正常使用,因此,对浇注式沥青混凝土结合料的老化性能研究是非常必要的。
在本论文研究中,以70号基质沥青与特立尼达湖沥青(TLA)不同质量比混合掺配形成的浇注式沥青以及成品改性浇注式沥青为研究对象,通过针入度、软化点、25℃延度性能试验,对两大类浇注式沥青的老化前后的三大指标进行了对比试验研究,同时利用再生还原剂对老化沥青进行性能恢复,并测试了三大指标性能。研究结果表明:
- 70号基质沥青与TLA的合理掺配范围为55%~65%之间,老化温度使浇注式沥青的软化点升高,延度和针入度降低,加入再生还原剂后三大指标在一定程度上得到恢复。
- 成品改性浇注式沥青在老化后,其软化点下降,而延度和针入度降低,加入再生还原剂后,性能同样得到恢复。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON AGING PERFORMANCE
OF BINDING OF GUSS ASPHALT MIXTURES
Abstract
As one of the typical paving materials of steel bridge deck, for its excellent flexibility and water density, guss asphalt is widely used in bridge pavement engineering. However, the mixing temperature of guss asphalt is among 220-260 deg.c, which is much higher than mix temperature of hot mix modified asphalt mixture, and its mixing progress which last 4~6 hours is much longer than the mixing time of ordinary asphalt mixture. Having experienced such long time mixing under the condition of high temperature, the aging phenomenon of binder of guss asphalt is obviously existed. Aging of asphalt will make its performance decay, which seriously affect the normal use of the road. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the aging property of the binder of guss asphalt.
In this paper, the research object is commercial modified guss asphalt and the guss asphalt mixed by 70# asphalt and Trinidad Lake Asphalt (TLA) in different proportions.
Through the performance test in penetration, softening point, and ductility at 25 deg.c to these two kinds of guss asphalt, their three indicators of before aging and after aging were compared in the study. The performance of aging asphalt was recovered with regeneration agent, and the performance of the three indexes was tested. Furthermore, regeneration agent was used to regenerate the performance of aging asphalt, and the three indicators after regeneration were tested.
Research results show that:
The appropriate blending proportions of 70# asphalt and TLA is between 55% to 65%. Aging lead the three indicators of guss asphalt changed: softening point increases, ductility and penetration reduce, and they partially regenerated after adding regeneration agent.
Commercial modified guss asphalt after aging performance is as follows: the softening point, ductility and penetration reduce, and after adding regeneration agent, the three indicators were partially regenerated.
