摘 要

利率市场化是金融改革的主要部分。通过改革，央行逐步放开管制，使市场在定价方面发挥主要作用，这是利率市场化的核心。利率市场化对商业经营环境会有很重要的影响，其中，商业银行作为资金管理部门，对利率变化也最为敏感。目前，我国利率改革目标已经基本完成，分析利率改革对银行的影响对银行以后的经营发展具有重要意义。本文结合国内外对利率改革的研究经验，简要地介绍了我国利率改革的进程，再引用了一些数据定量地分析利率市场化对银行的影响方面，最后给出了银行可以采取的应对措施。在利率改革的背景下，商业银行只有积极应对，完善经营与管理，提高核心竞争力，才能在不断变化地经营环境中发展壮大。

Abstract

The marketization of interest rate is an important part of financial reform. Through the reform, the central bank gradually liberalizes interest rate control, and makes the market play a decisive role in the process of interest rate pricing, which is the core of interest rate marketization. The marketization of interest rate will have an important impact on the business environment of our country, among which, the most sensitive to the change of interest rate is the commercial bank. At present, the target of interest rate marketization in our country has been basically completed, and it is of great importance to analyze the influence of interest rate marketization on the future management and development of commercial bank. Combined with domestic and foreign research experience of interest rate liberalization, the paper briefly introduces the process of marketization of interest rate of our country, the analyses the way through which interest rate liberalization influences commercial banks. Finally, the paper gives some coping measures commercial banks can take. Interest rate liberalization brings both challenges and opportunities to commercial banks. In this situation, commercial banks should improve their ability of management, then they can continually develop and grow in the ever-changing business environment.
