摘 要
教育作为衡量一个国家软实力的重要因素一直是人们关注的焦点。尤其是近年来国家对新疆的重视,使得新疆的教育问题开始广泛受到人们的关注。为了更好的发展新疆的教育事业,国家采取建立双语学校的办法从少数民族学生开始提高新疆地区少数民族的汉语水平。因此双语学校中的课程成为衡量双语学校的重要指标。并且除了显在课程外,我们应当更加注重隐性课程的建设。
本文以课程理论、文化霸权、再生产等理论为基础,通过访谈法和观察法对新疆阜康市双语学校内的隐性课程的实施情况进行调查。以双语学校中的学生为调查对象,探讨新疆双语学校中隐性课程的特点、功能及影响。全文由绪论、正文及结语组成。其中正文部分共有三章。内容分别是应用理论、新疆双语学校中隐性课程的控制与表现分析、新疆双语学校中隐性课程对少数民族学生带来的影响分析。
本研究通过对新疆双语学校中隐性课程的发展现状进行分析,指出了新疆双语学校在隐性课程实施的过程中存在的问题。具体从学校的管理理念、环境设施、教学内容、师生关系方面发现双语教师的教学能力不够、教育内容选取失衡、对少数民族学生的民族文化产生影响等问题。并提出相应的对策。如培养双语教师的教学能力、增强新疆与内地城市的教育沟通、结合当地文化改进教学模式等。

Hidden Curriculum of Xinjiang Bilingual School - A Case Study of Fukang City
Abstract
Education as an important factor to measure a country's soft power has been the focus of attention. National attention especially in recent years in Xinjiang, making education in Xinjiang began extensive attentions. In order to better the development of education in Xinjiang, the state has adopted the establishment of a bilingual school approach to minority students from Xinjiang began to raise the level of Chinese ethnic minorities. Therefore, bilingual schools curriculum has become an important indicator of bilingual schools. And in addition was in the curriculum, we should pay more attention to the construction of Hidden Curriculum.
In this paper, curriculum theory, cultural hegemony, reproduction and other theories, through interviews and observation of the implementation of Fukang City, bilingual schools within the Hidden Curriculum for investigation. Bilingual school students for the survey, to explore the characteristics of Bilingual School in Hidden Curriculum, function and influence. The full text of the introduction, body and conclusion composition. There are three chapters in which the body part. Contents are applied theories, Bilingual school control and performance analysis of Hidden Curriculum, Bilingual schools influence of recessive courses to minority students bring in.
This research through the development of recessive course in xinjiang bilingual school present situation analysis, points out the bilingual school in xinjiang in the process of recessive curriculum implementation problems. Concrete from the school management concept, environment facilities, teaching content, the relationship between teachers and students find the bilingual teachers' teaching ability is not enough, the education content selection imbalances, impact on minority students of national culture and so on. And put forward corresponding countermeasures. Such as training the bilingual teachers' teaching ability, strengthen the communication with the education of inland cities in xinjiang, combined with the local culture to improve the teaching mode, etc.
