大城市公交运营组织与区域集中调度方案设计--------以南京江南公交公司为例

摘 要

公共汽车在城市公共交通中占有较大的比例，拥有线路多、覆盖面广、价格便宜、方便搭乘等特点，是城市公共交通中不可或缺的部分。但是由于大城市人口密集，并且伴随着人口的急剧增加，城市的交通需求和交通供给矛盾日益突出，交通负荷不断增长，城市交通拥堵日益严重，交通污染越发严重，加快公共交通运行效率迫在眉睫。

本文旨在通过对公交运营组织与调度方案的分析，结合公交公司的组织结构与先进调度算法，以南京江南公交公司为例进行运营组织与调度模式的分析，提出优化设计建议，将区域集中调度的概念引入到公交公司的实际调度工作中。

首先，对国内外的公交运营组织和调度模式进行了分析，探讨了区域运营与集中调度相比较传统运营调度模式的优点。之后，介绍了南京江南公交公司的相关情况，包括公司的结构、运营组织模式、调度流程和调度方法等。结合实际出现的问题与理论分析，提出了存在的问题并给出了优化的方向建议。

接着，对江南公交公司目前的运营调度系统进一步分析，结合公司现状与区域调度的方向对系统做出了优化升级方案设计，使调度系统可以更好的契合区域运营调度模式。然后采用逆差函数法和空驶车次插入法，尝试对公交公司的线路实施区域调度，将y1、y2、y8三条线路转化为3线路5场站问题，结合先到先发原则编制了优化行车计划表。最后将优化后节省出来的运力补充至33路公交以应对高峰时段出现的潮汐现象。

通过对优化方案结合实例的分析，发现方案有效提升了公交公司区域内的可用运力和运力使用效率，证明本方案优化的有效性。

Abstract

Buses occupy a large proportion in urban public transport and is an integral part of urban public. However, due to the large urban agglomerations, transport demand and traffic supply contradictions become increasingly prominent in big city. Traffic congestion is growing and traffic pollution is getting more serious. So speed up the efficiency of public transport is imminent.

This paper aims bus operation organization and scheduling solution analysis. Combined with the bus company's organizational structure and advanced scheduling algorithms, analyze operation organization and scheduling model with Nanjing Jiangnan bus company as the Case. This paper presents the design optimization recommendations, the concept of regional centralized scheduling is introduced into the actual bus company's scheduled work.

Firstly,this paper analyzes the bus operation organization and scheduling mode and compares to traditional centralized scheduling and operational advantages of regional operations scheduling mode. This paper introduces the relevant circumstances Nanjing Jiangnan bus company, including the company's structure, operation organization mode, scheduling and process scheduling method. It presented problems and gives the direction of optimization recommendations.

Then makes to the system design optimization and upgrading, so that scheduling system can better fit the regional operational scheduling mode. Then this paper tris to implementation of the regional bus company line scheduling using the deficit function method and interpolation deadhead trips, and combined with the principle of first come-first issued makes to a driving schedule.Finally,the freed up capacity is arranged to line 33 to solve the tidal phenomena.

Through analysis of the optimization program, find the program upgrade the capacity utilization efficiency effectively, and prove the effectiveness of the scheme optimization.
