摘要：在当今知识经济时代，知识经济的兴起带动了全世界知识管理领域的发展，团队交互记忆系统作为现代知识信息管理领域的新颖课题，引起了中国国内外学者的关注。运用团队交互记忆系统，不仅改善了中国高新研发团队的创新能力，还将知识共享与交互记忆结合在一体，将团队内的信息知识与综合应用等进行有效、合理的利用与整合，从而极大促进了高新技术团队与现代学者的工作效率。根据埃森哲咨询公司与世界经济论坛关于知识经济的主题调查表明，知识管理是现代企业快速成长发展的重要因素。

本文首先对团队交互记忆系统相关理论进行研究、分析和归纳，准确的把握当前团队交互记忆系统的影响因素分析，然后通过一些中国国内团队成功案例分析来得出最终的结论并加以概括，并以此结论作为理论分析的依据。

本文将使用案例分析法、文献分析法与比较分析法等研究方法，并将团队交互记忆系统理论知识作为基础，通过理论归纳和概括分析，结合搜集得到团队交互记忆系统的影响因素分析的相关数据信息，对团队交互记忆系统进行梳理，总结案例中团队交互记忆系统的特点，并结合理论和实际对中国企业经营中的分析交互能够促进企业内在发展与管理提出建设性的建议。

ABSTRACT

Today，in the knowledge economy era, the rise of knowledge economy, driving the development of the world in the field of knowledge management, team transactive memory system as a new subject in the field of modern information management, caused the attention of scholars both at home and abroad. Using team transactive memory system, not only to improve the innovation ability of high-tech research and development team in our country, knowledge sharing and transactive memory will also be in an organic whole, the information within the team knowledge and comprehensive application of effective and reasonable use and integrate, thus greatly contributed to the high and new technical team and the working efficiency of the modern scholars. According to the accenture and the world economy BBS about survey shows that the theme of the knowledge economy, knowledge management is the important factor in the development of modern enterprise fast growth.

This article first on team transactive memory system to study the related theory, analysis and induction, accurately grasp the current team transactive memory system for knowledge exchange and integration, the influence of then through some successful case analysis to the China team to the final conclusion and summary, and thus the conclusion as the basis of theoretical analysis.
