摘 要

随着社会经济的不断发展与快速进步，客户对产品的需求正快速增长，并且客户的个性化需求也越来越高。为了满足市场的需求，传统制造业的企业需要不断充实自己的仓库，保证送货的及时性，提高客户的满意程度。而大规模的流水线式生产容易导致库房出现产品积压，库位不够，甚至企业不得不投入额外的资金外包仓库，造成非增值性生产浪费，大大增加了成本，降低企业效益。

从企业的角度出发，在库房方面所花费的成本越少越利于企业发展，因此，近年来库房规划越来越受到企业的重视。节省仓库面积，提高仓储容量并保证仓储工作能够有效高效进行是企业必须要解决的重要问题。

本文针对某企业成品仓储部，通过对成品仓库进行现状调查与分析，利用统计学、工业工程等相关的专业知识进行库房规划与直接工人（Direct Labor）人员优化。本文主要解决两个方面的问题：1.通过多种方式提高库房空间和平面利用率，目标是实现库位利用率最大化；2.研究仓储部人员作业负荷情况、不同设备的效率等因素，提高库房运作效率，目标是实现人员数量优化或负荷率降低。通过现状与数据分析，本文提出码高、更换托盘等方法以提高库房空间利用率，并提出多个方案提高仓储运作效率，实现仓储直接人员数量优化，节省成本。

Abstract：With the continuous development of social economy and rapid progress, customer demand for the product is growing rapidly, and the customer's individual requirements are also increasing. In order to meet market demand, traditional manufacturing companies need to constantly enrich their own warehouses to ensure the timeliness of delivery and improve customer satisfaction. The large-scale assembly line type production appears likely to lead to the Treasury product backlog, location is not enough, even though the companies have to invest additional funds outsourced warehouse, resulting in non-value added production waste, greatly increasing the cost, reduce benefits.
From a business point of view, the cost in terms of the Treasury spent less the more conducive to enterprise development, therefore, in recent years, the Treasury planning more importance in enterprises. Saving storage space, improve storage capacity and to ensure effective and efficient warehousing work carried out is an important business issue that must be addressed.
    In this paper, a finished product warehousing enterprises, through the finished product warehouse Investigation and analysis, the use of professional knowledge related statistics, industrial engineering, etc. planning and warehouse workers directly (Direct Labor) to optimize. This article is mainly to solve two problems: 1 improve warehouse space utilization and the plane through a variety of ways, the goal is to maximize the utilization of location; 2 study, the efficiency of different equipment storage and other department personnel workload factors. Treasury improve operational efficiency, the goal is to achieve optimization of the number of personnel or the load rate. Situation analysis and data through the proposed code is high, replace the trays and other ways to improve warehouse space utilization, and proposed a number of options to improve the efficiency of warehouse operations, to achieve the number of personnel directly optimize storage cost savings.
