摘 要
随着我国经济的迅速发展,城市化的进程大大加快,我国的流动人口规模从上世纪90年代开始进入了快速增长的模式,流动儿童群体应运而生,其生存和发展也面临很多问题和困难。尽管我国的法律法规对“教育公平”做出了相应的规定,但在现实中,流动儿童的受教育仍不尽人意。
本文以常州市武进区一个公办中学中的流动儿童为研究对象,采用实地调查和访谈的研究方法获得第一手资料,呈现出常州市流动儿童的教育状况发生的变化,并简单分析了发生变化的原因。
论文共分为四个部分:
第一部分是绪论,笔者主要交代了研究的背景和研究问题,从理论和现实两个角度阐述了研究意义,并说明了研究方法。
第二部分是文献综述部分,介绍了教育公平理论,回顾了流动儿童教育的相关研究和政策文件。
第三部分从现行政策、学校教育状况和家庭教育状况三个角度描述并分析了了常州市流动儿童教育状况。首先,在现行政策的支持下,常州绝大多数流动儿童能够进入公办学校读书,享受公办学校的办学条件和师资力量;其次,在家庭教育方面,流动儿童有了更利于学习的家庭环境,且大部分家长都对孩子的教育问题十分重视;另外,流动儿童自身也有了改变,不仅在学校中表现更加突出,而且对学习也更加重视。从教育起点、教育过程和教育结果三个方面看,流动儿童的教育公平状况有了很大的改善。
第四部分是总结和分析,对发生变化的原因进行了简单的总结,政府、学校和家庭三个主体都发挥了积极的作用。并对之后的流动儿童教育进行了展望。

Abstract
With the rapid development of economy and the greatly accelerated urbanization, the floating population in China has begun to grow quickly from the 1990s. Migrant children groups emerge as the time requires and their survival and development has faced a large quantity of problems and difficulties. Although there are many laws and regulations on “education fairness”, the education of the migrant children is still unsatisfactory in reality.
Selecting the migrant children in a public middle school in Wujin District, Changzhou City as a research object and with the method of field investigation and interview, the study presents the change of the status quo of the education of the migrant children in Changzhou and analyzes the reason for the change simply.
This thesis mainly focuses on four parts below:
Part one is the preface of the thesis. It includes the background, the problem, the purpose and the meaning of the study.
Part two is the literature review of the thesis. It introduces Educational Equity Theory and reviews relevant research and policy papers for the education of the migrant children.
Part three describes and analyzes the change of the situation of the education of the migrant children in Changzhou from three perspectives (the current policy, school education status and family education status). Firstly, under the support of the current policy, the vast majority of migrant children in Changzhou can enter the public schools and enjoy the educational condition and teachers in public schools. Secondly, when it comes to family education, the home environment is better for study, and most parents are serious about the child’s education. Thirdly, migrant children themselves have changed. They not only do quite well in school, but also attach importance to study. From the beginning, the process and the results of the education, the education of the migrant children has a lot of improvement.
Part four is summary and analysis. It concludes the reason of the change of the situation of the education of the migrant children briefly and looks ahead to the future of the education of the migrant children.
