绝缘电阻是电气设备安全要求检测的一个重要指标,设备的绝缘电阻可以直接反映出设备的绝缘水平,因此绝缘电阻检测仪的开发显得尤为重要。本文以变压器设计为主,兼有电路设计,旨在完成一个稳定的直流高压电源为绝缘电阻检测仪供电。

本文的绪论部分对绝缘电阻检测仪以及开关电源的研究现状和发展趋势做了概述,第二章对7种不同的开关电源电路拓扑结构进行了讨论和比较,根据设计要求确定了双端推挽的逆变电路结构和PWM部分的实现方案,并在3种常用的整流方案中确定了最终的桥式整流电路,完成了整个开关电源的原理设计和电路选型。第三章则对各个部分的功能实现提出了具体设计,主要完成以SG3525为核心的PWM控制电路和高频变压器的参数计算。第四章是对设计工作的总结以及对未来的展望。本设计最终完成从输入直流12V到输出直流500V的稳压电源,体积小,电压稳定,可以满足对绝缘电阻检测仪的供电需求。

Abstract

Abstract: Insulation resistance is an important indicator of the safety requirements of electrical equipment. The insulation resistance of equipment can directly reflect the level of equipment insulation, so the development of insulation resistance tester is particularly important. In this paper, the transformer design is the primary part, and it also obtains the circuit design. The purpose of this paper is to complete a stable DC high voltage power supply for the insulation resistance tester.

The introduction part of this article summarizes the research status and development tendency of the insulation resistance tester and switch power supply. In the second chapter, 7 kinds of different switching power supply circuit topological structures were discussed and compared. The Double ended push-pull circuit was selected as the invert circuit and the implementation plan of PWM section was also determined according to the design requirements. In the last part of the second chapter, this paper chose the bridge rectifier circuit from 3 kinds of commonly used rectifier circuits as the final rectifier circuit. In the third chapter this paper puts forward the specific design for each part of the switching power supply circuit. Two main parts of this chapter are the design of PWM control circuit of which the core is SG3525 and the parameters calculation of the high frequency transformer. The fourth chapter is the summary of the design work and the prospects for the future. This paper finally completed a DC regulated power supply which can output DC 500Vwhile its input was DC 12V. With small size and stable output voltage, this DC regulated power can meet the power supply requirements of the insulation resistance tester.
