THE CONTROL AND SIMULATION OF COOKER HOOD BAFFLE

Abstract:This paper introduces the structure design and simulation analysis of a kind of hood baffle. There is a baffle in the cooker hood, so that the lampblack can be breath in. However there are some shortcomings of current designs. Some of them need electromagnetic to drive. The complex structure makes it very inconvenient for dismounting and cleaning. Some designs are Normally open, which makes themselves difficult to prevent things from getting in. What's worse, the drop of oil is hard to solve. Some of them are very big, which require large spaces. The purpose of this project is to design a simple structure of the lampblack machine baffle, the pressure of fan is the only power source. Fan machine start working after running the hood, wind pressure drives the baffle opening to let smoke in. When the pressure reaches a certain size, baffle fully opened and the opening angle fixed. The weight of the structure should be as light as possible so as to reduce the power load. Finally, because this is a product design, the overall appearance of the hood must be good-looking to makes consumers satisfied with it. After the completion of the structure design, the subject requires drawing model and parts drawing and assembly drawing. CFD analysis should be used in order to optimize the design. Simulate the baffle of the apron by force, the analog values and calculated the apron open required force are compared, and then draw the conclusion of if baffle can normal open or not. After using fluent to simulate the force of the apron, finally come to the conclusion that the force of the apron is greater than the force required to open the door, so the apron can normally open.

有言曰“民以食为天”,衣食住行四字中以食为先,可以看出饮食在中国人心中的地位之重。中华上下五千年的悠久历史,积淀出的各色古老而丰富多彩的文明之星足以点亮黯淡的夜空,而在这璀璨的星河之中,最光彩夺目的那几颗里也许就有中国传统的饮食文化。历朝历代的“海禁”和“闭关锁国”都说明中国自古以来并不崇尚对外交流,即便中华文明如此绚烂夺目,世界范围内中国文化的传播却并不广泛,但是,中餐例外。中餐的魅力不仅仅让万千国人为之沉迷也让无数外国人为之侧目,中式餐饮的终极目标是解决“吃什么”、“怎么吃”、“是否好吃”这三个哲学问题,虽然这些问题永无完美解决、尘埃落定之日,但是仅就现在来看,中餐当属做得最好的之一。中国餐饮文化的繁荣也彰显了中国人对饮食的关注。

相比起其他国家的饮食,中式餐饮的烹饪方式无疑在世界范围内都是独树一帜的。中国菜强调入味,多用高温、重油煎炸或者煸炒。这样的烹饪方式尽管在口味上做到了极致,无甚可挑剔之处,但是它也有负面的影响,就是浓重的油烟。中式餐饮的烹饪风格比起其他国家的饮食,厨房的空气环境愈加不容乐观。没装油烟机的厨房里烟雾弥漫毫不鲜见,在油烟环境里烹饪人会被呛得难受,这是因为吸入高温的油烟会对组织粘膜产生强烈刺激,油烟还会污染室内环境,影响厨房内器具和墙壁的清洁,更重要的是油烟里的有害物质会对身体造成诸多负面影响,人们不能对油烟的危害视而不见,厨房油烟问题无疑应该获得更多关注。
