碳纤维外径测量链研究与设计

摘 要

本文在以往对钟罩直径测量链的研究的基础上,使用了更轻便的碳纤维材料,制成的碳纤维测量臂来代替原来的钢材料的测量臂。以及设计了新的结构,同时对封闭尺寸的测量部分结构进行了设计。钟罩直径测量链由一系列测量单元组成,每个测量单元通过铰链互相连接使得测量单元互相接触围绕钟罩一周,通过测量最后的封闭尺寸可以计算出钟罩的直径。该钟罩直径测量链的设计的优点是测量精度提高,节数相对较少,质量减轻并且操作也更加方便。

Abstract: With the development of science and the improvement of human life, the quality of the light gas have many advantages, such as by using gradually, so the gas has been more and more industry and family occasions. The measurement of the gas is not only related to the economic interests, more related to the product quality and safety at the same time, so the accurate measurement of gas flow is of great significance. Using precision gas flow calibration device can achieve the effect of the precision measurement of target gas, bell jar type gas flow standard device is currently the most widely used worldwide gas flow standard device, ensure the accuracy of bell jar type gas flow device is the premise of guarantee the accuracy of the gas flow. And bell jar type gas flow device accuracy is mainly determined by the diameter of the bell itself. So we need to design can accurately measure bell diameter measuring mechanism, so as to ensure the accuracy of bell jar type gas flow device.

Based on the previous studies of bell diameter measurement chain, on the basis of using the lighter carbon fiber material, made of carbon fiber measuring arm to take the place of the original measuring arm of steel materials. And new structure was designed, and part of the measuring the closed size structure design. Bell diameter measuring chain composed of a series of measurement unit, each unit through the hinge connected to each other make measurement unit contact each other a week around the bell jar, close by measuring the final size can compute the diameter of the bell. The bell diameter measuring chain design has the advantage of measuring accuracy, the section number is relatively small, the quality and reduce operating and more convenient.

1、绪论

1.1 课题背景

随着工业的发展和人们生活水平的提高,各种气体的运用越来越得到广泛的应用,如供暖及相关产业使用的的诸如天然气、煤气、在化学工业上的氧气和氯气等。而气体的流量就直接决定了工业产品和人民生活质量以及安全性等重要问题。因此,控制并监测气体的流量至关重要。为了在使用和运输气体时监测气体的流量情况,所以标准的气体流量计在现代的各个领域已经是必不可少的了。

在监测气体流量的时候,气体标准流量装置所测量的气体流量会呈现在气体流量计上,从而为检测者提供一个较为直观的数据。而气体流量计的核心部分就是气体流量标准装置。气体流量标准装置的精度决定了气体流量计的准确性。所以,提高气体流量标准装置的精度就能提高气体测量的精度。
