摘 要
红果龙葵(Solanum alatum Moench),又名红葵、朱红星星,是一种茄科茄属龙葵亚属植物,其在中国有广泛的分布,资源量大。茄科植物不仅有如茄子、土豆等具有食用价值的作物,烟草等具有经济价值的作物,还有如枸杞等具有药用价值的作物。科学家们在茄属植物的研究中,提取到具有良好的细胞毒活性的生物碱类、甾体类、萜类、糖类等化合物。在传统中医中,龙葵亚属植物被用于治疗肝脏疾病,近几年的研究表明,红果龙葵也具有良好的抗肿瘤活性,然而,红果龙葵的化学成分未见报道。本研究采用95%的乙醇对红果龙葵茎段进行了提取,通过石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇分部萃取,得到红果龙葵不同极性提取物。再通过不同的分离填料如硅胶、RP-C18、MCI、Sephadex LH-20等对所得到的各部分进行分离,最终得到9个较为纯净的组分,并对其中的两个组分进行光谱鉴定,鉴别出两个化合物分别为四氢非洲防己碱(M)和熊果苷(N)。

Extraction and Anti-tumor Active Research on Solanum alatum Moench
Abstract
Solanum alatum Moench, also known as red sunflower, red stars, is a Solanaceae Solanum nigrum sub-genus plant, with widely distributed in China in a amount of resources. Solanaceae plant have not only food value crops like eggplant and potato, economic value crops like tobacco, but also have medicinal value crops such as wolfberry. In the study of the solanum alatum plants, alkaloids, steroids and saponins,terpenoids saccharides and other compounds were found with good cytotoxic activity in recent years. In traditional Chinese medicine,the Solanum nigrum plants were used to treat liver diseases . The studies have shown that Solanum alatum Moench also has good anti-tumor activity in the past few years,and yet,there are no reports about chemical composition of Solanum alatum Moench. The stem sgments of Solanum alatum Moench. Are extracted by 95% ethanol due to the research of anti-tumor constituents. Then the ethanol extractum was extracted by petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol successively, till we get different polar fractions. Then,we separated the different polarity fractions through normal and reversed phase column filler such as silica gel,RP-C18,MCI,and Sephadex LH-20. Finally, we got 9 Components and 2 of them were identified by NMR and MS.the 2 compounds were tetrahydrocolumbamine(M) and arbutin(N).
