摘 要
网络地理信息系统(WebGIS)是利用互网络技术扩展和完善信息系统的一项技术,即在因特网环境下实现对地理信息数据的获取、存储、分析、查询、输出和共享的一种信息[1]。从古老的陶片地图到电子地图,发展了几千年,人们对地图的要求从纸张、牛皮作为载体的传统地图逐渐变为程度精细化、数据可视化、交互界面操作简单的电子地图。电子地图作为地理信息系统重要的应用之一,通过一些技术将地理空间信息数据更好展示到人们面前,是服务于城市规划和管理的主要数据源。
本次毕业设计基于Flash的户端架构方法,在分析Flash和ArcGIS空间服务器、Web应用服务器的关键概念和涉及的开源软件的基础上,应用Flash开发GIS系统的交互功能,对系统框架结构进行了设计,最后以江苏交通路网规划为例实现了所研究内容的可行性和有效性。
本次设计框架采取了富应用程序技术——Flash语言,实现的客户端具有良好的的用户体验和丰富的地图服务,并且框架具有良好的可移植性和可扩展性,此外,结合开源软件,程序实现了低耗费、有着高度灵活性,为开发者在开发案例中提供了一种新想法。

PRODUCTION AND APPLICATION OF FLASH THEMATIC MAP
Abstract:Network geographic information system (WebGIS) is using Internet technology to expand and improve a technology of information system, take on geographic information data acquisition, storage, analysis, query, output and shared a information system under the Internet environment. With the development of network technology and mobile communication technology, people are increasingly dependent on network, new requirements of WebGIS, urgent need for online browsing, editing and analyzing of spatial geographic information, the electronic map to seek new breakthroughs.
The combination of Flash and electronic map not only can improve the efficiency of the display of spatial data, but also make the user interface of electronic map more rich and interactive. The research based on flash open source WebGIS client framework method, on based on the analysis of flash and spatial analyst of ArcGIS Server, web application server key concepts and relates to the open source software, using flash to develop GIS system interactive function, the system frame structure design. Finally, in Jiangsu traffic network planning for example realized content of the feasibility study and effectiveness.
The design of the framework take the rich application technology of flash language, to achieve the client has a good user experience and a wealth of map service, and frame has good transplantation and scalability. In addition, based on the open-source software, procedures to achieve the low cost, has a high degree of flexibility, for developers in the majority of cases, provides a new idea.
