摘 要

国军标438B文档体系是军工软件工程领域进行规范化项目管理的基础，包括了从项目调研到项目实施再到项目或产品交付的整个生命周期中全部的文档记录。执行国军标438B是建立国军标5000A和国军标9001B质量体系的先决条件。国军标9001B与民口企业普遍遵循的ISO 9001管理体系相比，国军标9001B针对军工生产增加了更加严格的项目流程管理控制程序，与之对应的增加了大量程序控制文档。因此，在具体项目的执行过程中，国军标438B因其文档种类的繁杂给软件设计人员带来了极为繁重的工作量。

随着我国军工市场的逐渐开放，越来越多的企业跨入到军工生产的行列。对软件研发企业来说，最大的区别体现在文档体系需要遵从国军标438B的要求。但是目前市场上欠缺针对国军标438B的软件文档生成与管理系统。

国军标438B内容较为繁杂，本课题工作量较大，但是技术难度一般，较为成熟，具有可行性。本课题针对438B执行过程中文档种类繁杂、工程人员难以自觉执行这一问题，设计了针对指定项目的国军标438B文档管理系统。该系统可以根据输入的项目信息，自动生成国军标9001B执行过程中每个阶段所需要的438B文档模板。

GJB 438B SOFTWARE PROGECT DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract

GJB 438B documentation system is the basis for the military software engineering standardization of project management, including project implementation to project from the research project or product delivery to the entire life cycle of all documented. Execution GJB 438B is a prerequisite for the establishment of the military standard GJB 5000A and 9001B quality system. Military standard 9001B with the public port enterprises generally follow the ISO 9001 management system compared to the military standard 9001B for military production increased more rigorous project management process control procedures, the corresponding increase in a number of process control documentation. Therefore, during the execution of specific projects, the military standard 438B because of the kinds of documents to complex software designers brought a very heavy workload.

With the gradual opening up of China's military market, more and more enterprises into the ranks of military production. Software development companies, the biggest difference is reflected in the documentation system needs to comply with the requirements of the military standard 438B. But the market lacks generation and management system for the military standard 438B software documentation.

GJB 438B content is more complex, larger workload this issue, but the technical difficulty in general, more mature, feasible. This paper documents aimed at the problem that the implementation process for 438B types of complex, engineering staff is consciously difficult to perform, designed a standard 438B document management system for a given project. The system could in accordance with the project information entered automatically generated 438B documentation templates required during the execution of the GJB 9001B each stage.
