M公司服装生产流程的系统分析

摘 要

企业对自身生产流程的正确认识是企业能否有序进行生产活动的基础[1]，而工序分析又是生产流程认识之中的重中之重，为了更好的了解M企业自身的生产特点，对M企业的生产流程进行系统的分析评价就尤为重要[2]，在明确毕业设计的选题背景以及选题的意义M服装制造企业的大体情况之后，结合之前所看到的资料，具体的描述了M服装制造企业的生产流程，其中包括M服装制造企业的行政管理流程图、M服装制造企业的生产管理流程图、M服装制造企业的具体工位的动素分析图、M服装制造企业的信息反馈图以及相应的日常生产活动的具体分析，并且从生产工位工序平衡的角度，综合采用自己所收集到的区域物料出入量等计算数据进行分析，以说明当前M服装制造企业的工序工位目前处于一个是否合适的平衡状态，也通过从环境评价以及人机互动关系的角度具体分析M服装制造企业的生产配套设施情况，综合运用基础工业工程以及人因工程的知识，从噪声、照度、通风、人机作业交互时可活动空间、座椅高度等方面进行系统分析，发现质量检验工序与别的工序存在明显的差异，但在当前条件下M服装企业的工序配置与流转仍处于一个整体最优的合理状态。

Abstract

Correct understanding of enterprises' production process is the foundation of enterprise orderly production activities, and the process analysis is the priority among priorities in order to know the production process, the production characteristics of a better understanding of the M enterprises, it is particularly important to analysis and evaluation system for M enterprise production process, after the general situation of the topic make clear the background of graduation design as well as the significance of the topic of the M clothing manufacturing enterprises, combined with the previously seen data, the specific description of the M clothing manufacturing enterprises in the production process, including the M clothing manufacturing enterprises administrative management flow chart, M clothing manufacturing enterprise production management flow chart, the specific location of M clothing manufacturing enterprises the therbligs analysis chart, M clothing manufacturing enterprise information feedback diagram and the corresponding daily production activities of the specific analysis, and from the production process balance station The regional perspective, the material itself collected quantity calculation data is analyzed to illustrate the process of the station M clothing manufacturing enterprises are at a suitable equilibrium state, through the environmental assessment and from the angle of human-computer interaction relationship between the specific analysis of the production facilities of M clothing manufacturing enterprises, because of the project the comprehensive use of knowledge based industrial engineering and people, from noise, illumination, ventilation, man-machine interaction can work space, seat height and other aspects of the system analysis, found that there are obvious differences in quality inspection process and other processes, but is still in a reasonable state as a whole in the process of optimal allocation and transfer of M clothing enterprise current under the condition .
