日程安排

（一）2018.10.20——2018.12.20 前期工作

2018.10.20—2018.11.20 撰写剧本、绘制故事版

撰写剧本分为先头脑风暴，提出创意；然后思考主题，深化主旨；最后理顺故事，写成文字版剧本《监“控”》。

绘制故事版为细写文字版剧本《监“控”》，深入到各个情节的设计。

2018.11.21—2018.12.20 角色设计、场景设计、道具设计

角色设计是主要设计剧情中妈妈和宝宝两大主人公，后设计剧情最后将宝宝送回的陌生人。

场景设计主设计客厅和儿童两个场景。

道具设计主要设计两大场景出现的家具和摆饰物，各种各样的儿童玩具，以及监控器的设计

（二）2018.12.21——2019.04.20 中期工作

2018.12.21—2019.02.01 分镜头设计、原动画制作

分镜头设计先将文字版剧本，制作成文字版分镜头，后将文字版分镜头画成图画版分镜头。

原动画制作是按图画版分镜头，画成原画。

2019.02.02—2019.04.20 加动画制作

加动画的制作则为将整部动画绘画部分全部制作完成。

（三）2019.04.21——2019.05.20 后期工作

2019.04.21—2019.05.20 剪辑、特效、配乐等

剪辑则是将所有图片变为一个流畅的视频。

配乐是将各种音效根据视频的需要配上。

摘 要

本文作者结合我国当代动画剧本创作现象、国外剧本创作特点来探讨动画剧本的创作要点，结合当今时事热点，阐明我们毕设动画剧本创作的心路历程。

艺术来源于生活并高于生活，动画短片《监“控”》是由“最美妈妈”吴菊萍的事件引发的灵感，结合当今社会低头族严重的现象，写出了因为母亲沉迷电子游戏，而导致装了监控，还是导致了宝宝从楼上坠落，幸好有好心人即使接住，宝宝得以获救的这样一个故事。以此片来警示着人们对于孩子的看管照顾需要耐心、细心，电子设备的沉迷是需要避免的，一时的疏忽，也可能导致孩子受到或多或少身体或心理上的伤害，甚至造成无法弥补的过错。

通过这一个短片的创作，无论是身体还是心理，作者和组员们都获得了巨大的进步和成长，学会了动画短片的制作技能，学会了团队合作的方式，收获了友情、师生情……

ABSTRACT

The author combines the creation phenomenon of contemporary animated scripts in China and the characteristics of foreign scripts to explore the creative points of animated scripts, and combines the current hotspots of current events to clarify the mentality of our creation of animated scripts.

Art comes from life and is higher than life. The animated short film "Supervisor" is inspired by the event of "the most beautiful mother" Wu Juping. Combined with the serious phenomenon of the current low-headed society, it is written because the mother is addicted to video games. With the monitoring installed, it still caused the baby to fall from the upstairs. Fortunately, there is such a story that the good-hearted person can be

rescued even if he catches it. This film warns that people need patience and care for the child's care, and the obsessiveness of electronic equipment needs to be avoided. Temporary negligence may also cause the child to suffer more or less physical or psychological harm, or even make up for it. The fault.
