基于BIM的东南大学九龙湖校区行政楼施工进度分析与方案优化研究

摘 要

随着我国经济的快速发展,建筑业已经成为国民经济的重要支柱产业之一。建筑施工进度能够如约进行,对企业的经济利益有着直接的影响。而在传统的施工进度控制中,大多是通过对施工进度进行细致全面的计划安排来实现的。但是由于建筑施工过程中,存在很多的因素都会对施工进度造成一定影响,因此,对施工进度控制的效果并不好。但是随着BIM技术在建筑施工进度控制中的应用,能够强化企业对建筑施工进度的控制。本次毕业设计主要研究基于BIM技术的建筑施工进度分析优化。

建筑信息模型( BIM) 是工程项目管理信息化的重要手段,是通过三维数字技术,集成建筑工程项目各相关信息的工程数据模型的数字化表达。将BIM技术应用到工程进度管理中,可以提高各利益相关方间的信息共享,有效解决进度管理信息孤岛问题与信息断层问题,促进建筑业信息化发展,丰富项目控制方法,提高建筑项目的进度控制水平,提升企业质量管理能力,大幅提高生产效率。

本次课题研究的内容是基于BIM的东南大学九龙湖校区行政楼施工进度分析与方案优化研究。主要研究工作分为三步。1、分析项目的建筑设计方案和结构设计方案,整理项目的施工图包括平、立、剖面图等全套规范图纸;2、根据建筑设计方案建立项目的建筑信息BIM模型,生成项目的三维效果方案图,并对建筑设计方案进行分析;3、根据建设项目的施工方案和体量数据,提出建设项目施工方案和工程进度计划,初步拟定总进度计划和关键性控制节点、二级进度计划、工程月度计划等。4、构建BIM的4D模型,依据施工方案,进行施工动态模拟,进一步提出进度优化的方案。

本次研究获取的主要成果为建筑平/立/剖面图、建筑三维组合图、项目施工方案(说明应包括编制依据及说明、工程概况、施工准备工作、施工管理及组织机构、施工部署等内容)、进度计划(包括网络计划图)、优化方案。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of China's economy, the construction industry has become one of the important pillar industries of the national economy. The construction progress can be carried out as scheduled, which has a direct impact on the economic interests of the enterprise. In the traditional construction schedule control, most of them are achieved through careful and comprehensive planning of the construction schedule. However, due to the construction process, there are many factors that will have a certain impact on the construction progress. Therefore, the effect on the construction schedule control is not good. However, with the application of BIM technology in the construction progress control, it can strengthen the company's control over the construction progress. This graduation project mainly studies the analysis and optimization of construction progress based on BIM technology.Building information model (BIM) is an important means of engineering project management informatization, is through the 3 d digital technology, integration of construction engineering project engineering data model of digital expression of the related information. BIM technology is applied to the engineering quality management, can improve the information sharing among different stakeholders, effectively solve the problem of quality management information and fault information, promote the development of the informatization construction, the rich project quality control method, improve the level of the quality control of construction projects, improve enterprise quality management ability, raise production efficiency.

Building Information Model (BIM) is an important means of engineering project management informationization. It is a digital representation of engineering data models that integrate relevant information of construction projects through three-dimensional digital technology. Applying BIM technology to project schedule management can improve information sharing among various stakeholders, effectively solve the problem of island management problem and information fault of progress management information, promote the development of information technology in the construction industry, enrich project control methods, and improve the progress of construction projects. Control level, improve the quality management capabilities of enterprises, and greatly improve production efficiency.

The content of this research is based on the BIM-based construction progress analysis and program optimization study of the administrative building of the Southeast University Jiulonghu Campus. The main research work is divided into three steps. 1. Analyze the architectural design plan and structural design plan of the project. The construction drawings of the finishing project include a full set of standard drawings such as flat, vertical and sectional drawings; 2. The BIM model of the building information of the project is established according to the architectural design plan, and the three-dimensional effect plan of the project is generated. Figure, and analysis of the architectural design; 3, according to the construction plan and volume data of the construction project, propose the construction project construction plan and project schedule, preliminary drafting of the overall schedule and key control nodes, secondary schedule, engineering Monthly plan, etc. 4. Construct a 4D model of BIM, carry out construction dynamic simulation according to the construction plan, and further propose a schedule optimization plan.

The main results obtained in this study are the building level profile, the building three-dimensional combination plan, and the project construction plan (the description should include the preparation basis and description, project overview, construction preparation work, construction management and organization, construction deployment, etc.) ), schedule (including network plan map), optimization plan.

1.1 选题与分组

建筑业在人类历史发展以来都具有十分重要的作用,它不仅满足人们物质文化的需要,实现人类最基本的日常活动的目的,同时它又能够推动社会经济不断向前发展。改革开放年来,我国建筑业得到了持续快速发展,建筑业在国民经济中的支柱产业地位不断加强,对国民经济的拉动作用更加显著。近几年,在中国的建筑业带来了难得的发展机遇的同时,也带来了不可避免的冲击的挑战。随着经济的发展,建筑行业面临着激烈的市场竞争,难免有一些恶性竞争,给建筑行业带来各种各样的问题。

随着科学技术的发展,建筑业BIM技术应运而生。所谓BIM技术,是创建与管理建筑物物理与功能特性的数字化表达的过程。BIM是关于建筑物的共享的知识资源,为建筑物从设计、施工、运维、翻新乃至最终拆除的全生命周期的决策制定提供可靠的信息支持。BIM是三维可视化的,建筑物所有信息的载体,因此可以有效实现多专业模型的集成,发现问题,提升建筑质量;实现多部门间的协同,提供决策效率与质量;实现多阶段间信息的流转,减少因设计、施工、运维行业割裂,造成的信息孤岛,减少建筑物全生命周期的成本。
