基于BIM的东南大学九龙湖校区行政楼能耗模拟分析与方案优化研究

摘 要

随着建筑业的快速发展,资源和能源消耗日益增加,建筑节能正获得越来越多的关注。BIM技术是基于三维可视化技术,将建筑的信息整合得到统一的平台上的一种三维数字化技术,凭借着其可视性等优点在建筑业应用广泛。通过BIM相关软件进行建筑模型的能耗分析,并进行相关优化修改,是一种简单便捷,高效率的方法。

本课题是对东南大学九龙湖行政楼进行节能分析与方案优化,其主要研究思路是:Revit建立三维模型-Ecotect导入模型-Ecotect节能分析-GBS导入模型-GBS能耗分析-方案优化。通过 Ecotect 的模拟分析软件,笔者对行政楼进行了气候、太阳辐射热环境和采光情况的分析,同时采用 Green Building Studio 云平台计算得到建筑方案的全年总能耗、以及各月能耗。最后根据 Ecotect 和 Green Building Studio的分析结果,提出节能优化方案。比如添加太阳能板、 进行被动式节能策略的组合等。

小论文是研究BIM技术在绿色节能建筑中的应用情况。在对BIM技术作初步了解之后,探讨BIM技术对于绿色建筑的影响,意义以及BIM技术在绿色节能建筑中的应用。BIM技术在绿色节能建筑中的应用具体表现为三维模型的建立,各设计方的协同设计,利用BIM软件进行节能数据分析。

BIM-based Energy Consumption Simulation Analysis and Scheme Optimization of Executive Building in Jiulonghu Campus of Southeast University

Abstract

With the rapid development of the construction industry and the increasing consumption of resources and energy, building energy conservation is gaining more and more attention. BIM technology is a kind of three-dimensional digital technology based on three-dimensional visualization technology, which integrates building information into a unified platform. It has been widely used in the construction industry by virtue of its visibility and other advantages. It is a simple, convenient and efficient method to analyze the energy consumption of building models by BIM related software and make relevant optimization and modification.

This topic is to analyze and optimize the energy-saving scheme of Jiulonghu administrative building of Southeast University. The main idea is: Revit establishes three-dimensional model-Ecotect import model-Ecotect energy-saving analysis-GBS import model-GBS energy consumption analysis-scheme optimization. Through the simulation and analysis software of Ecotect, the author analyzed the climate, solar radiation thermal environment and lighting conditions of the administrative building. At the same time, the total energy consumption of the whole year and the monthly energy consumption of the building scheme were calculated by using the Green Building Studio cloud platform. Finally, according to the analysis results of Ecotect and Green Building Studio, the energy-saving optimization scheme is put forward. For example, adding solar panels and combining passive energy-saving strategies.

This paper studies the application of BIM technology in green energy-saving buildings. After a preliminary understanding of BIM technology, this paper discusses the impact of BIM technology on green buildings, its significance and the application of BIM technology in green energy-saving buildings. The application of BIM technology in green energy-saving buildings is manifested in the establishment of three-dimensional model, the collaborative design of various designers, and the analysis of energy-saving data using BIM software.
