摘 要
本文依据规定《民用建筑供暖通风与空气调节设计规范(GB50736-2012)》、《洁净厂房设计规范(GB50073-2013)》的要求,利用已具备的建筑结构和基本参数,设计了位于四川省绵阳市一间多功能实验室的净化空调系统。
首先,充分调研了洁净室以及净化空调系统工程的发展过程和设计要点;根据规范要求,确定了多功能实验室的新风量;综合考虑围护结构、人体、设备和新风耗热量,对实验室的净化空调系统进行设计冷热负荷计算;分析了多功能实验室夏季和冬季不同的工况、热湿处理过程,进行焓湿图计算,确定了各状态点的参数,依次设计计算出了送风量、一二次回风量、空调机组总耗冷量以及空调机组总加热量;计算多功能实验室的换气次数和颗粒物浓度。
最后,对比了各种不同的空调系统方案,为实验室的净化空调系统选用了组合式空调系统,对系统不同功能段进行分别设置;为满足本实验室的要求特参考了工业上成熟的风口产品,在进出风口选用风刀设计,完成高速气流的喷射保证了实验室对洁净度等级和特殊工艺的要求。

Abstract
This paper designs the located structure in Sichuan Province by using the existing building structure and basic parameters,regarding to the design code of "Code for Design of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning for Civil Buildings" (GB50736-2012) and "Code for Design of Clean Plants" (GB50073-2013). The clean air conditioning system lies in a multi-function lab in Mianyang in Sichuan Province.
First of all, fully researched the development process and design points of the clean room and purification air conditioning system project; I determined the new air volume of the multi-function lab, with regard to the needs of the specification; comprehensive consideration of the enclosure structure, human body, equipment and new wind heat consumption, the laboratory The purification air conditioning system is designed to calculate the cooling and heating load; the various working conditions of the multi-function lab in winter and summer, and the heat and humidity handling process are analyzed, the calculation of the dampness map is carried out, the parameters of each state point are determined, and the design is calculated and sent in turn. Air volume, primary air return volume, total air conditioning unit cooling capacity and total heating capacity of air conditioning units; calculation of multi-function laboratory ventilation times and particulate matter concentration.
Finally, comparing various air conditioning system schemes, a combined air conditioning system was selected for the laboratory's purification air conditioning system, and different functional sections of the system were separately set; in order to meet the requirements of the laboratory, the industrial mature air outlet was especially referenced. The product is designed with air knife at the inlet and outlet, and the high-speed air jet is sprayed to ensure the laboratory's requirements for cleanliness level and special process.
