邻近地铁站的人行过街设施规划与设计研究

摘 要

地铁是公共交通运输的重要组成部分,其在带动城市经济发展、缓解城市交通压力的同时也引发了一些问题,比如行人过街问题。地铁站作为重要的交通节点会产生大量的过街需求,对过街设施要求较高。但是,现如今许多城市的人行过街设施都存在发展滞后、设施利用率低,行人过街违章率高等现象。目前我国还缺乏邻近地铁站过街设施设置方面的研究,因此本课题的提出对行人过街的安全性、便捷性等的提高有重要意义。

本文首先总结了地铁站附近的过街环境特点。其次,分析了过街行人流特性和行人过街行为特性,并且通过实测数据说明了地铁站附近行人过街流量的时间分布特性。为人行过街设施的规划和设计提供基础准备。再次,结合过街设施的间距要求建立了人行过街设施的选址模型。接下来又基于不同情况下的行人延误模型和机动车延误模型给出了人行过街设施的选型流程。除此之外,文中还根据行人过街特性提出了人行横道宽度和安全岛的设置方法。最后,文章以太平北路-珠江路交叉口为例,分析该过街地点人行过街设施设置的合理性。

ABSTRACT

The subway plays an important role in transportation. Not only does it promote urban economic development and ease urban traffic pressure, but also causes some problems, such as the problem in crossing the street. As an important traffic node, there is an intensive personnel flow near the subway station. However, in many cities, pedestrian crossing facilities develop slowly and their utilization rate is low. Furthermore, pedestrian violation rates at crossing locations are also high. At present, there is still a lack of research on the setting of crossing facilities in neighboring subway stations. Therefore, the proposal of this topic is of great significance to let pedestrians cross street more safely and conveniently.

The article first summarizes the traffic environment near the subway station. Secondly, it analyzes the characteristics of pedestrian flow and crossing behavior. And the article shows the time distribution characteristics of pedestrian crossing traffic near the subway station through measured data, which provide basic preparation for the planning and design of the crossing facilities. Thirdly, considering the requirement of crossing facilities’ spacing, a model about facilities’ location was established. Next, the pedestrian delay model and the motor vehicle delay model at the intersection are introduced respectively, and the selection process of the pedestrian crossing facilities at the intersection is given. In addition, the paper also provides a method for setting the crosswalk width and safety island in combination with the specification. Finally, the article takes the intersection of Taiping North Road and Zhujiang Road as an example to analyze the rationality of the pedestrian crossing facilities setting.
