稀土掺杂ZrO2纳米粉的制备及光学性能的研究

Abstract:The luminous intelligent detection is of great application value in solving the invalidation problem of materials.It is important and useful to detect the performance and predict the invalidation problem of materials.The luminous intelligent detection uses a specific wavelength of laser to excite potoluminescence materials and then realize the early prediction of structural material properties by determine the damage degree of materials acrroding to the emission spectra to reduce or even avoid unnecessary risks.However,the difficulty of using spectra to detect the invalidation problem of materials is how to obtain a single visible spectrum.Due to the low phonon energy of ZrO2,it is a kind of potential photoluminescent material,which can provide a stable luminous place for the luminescence center.Given this information,this paper prepared pure ZrO2 and doped ZrO2 with different rare earth powder by hydrothermal method and research the effects on the crystal,microstructure and optical properties of ZrO2 powders.The experimental results show that the rare earth has a certain effect on the crystal structure of zirconia and the addition of rare earth changes the size and shape of the crystal particles.The ZrO2 doped Y3 and Er3 can emit a single bright green light under the excitation of 325nm laser,which is of great significance to the study of the luminous intelligent detection.
