摘 要

本文的研究着眼于高校科研机构每年大量科技信息的统计分析需求，设计并实现了一个实用的科技统计与绩效分析管理系统。本文通过综合应用ASP程序开发技术，用基于web的数据库管理系统代替了以往繁琐的人工统计分析的方法，该系统可植入用户单位网站，以浏览器/服务器模式实现远程、实时的数据库访问，并实现人事、项目、成果、经费等各类科技信息的查询、统计、排序和显示输出。本文主要内容包括数据库更新和ASP程序开发两个方面，数据库更新涉及到数据表字段更新、字段属性更新和记录更新，以适应ASP程序开发的具体要求；ASP程序开发用到的技术包括静态html技术、css技术、静态脚本JavaScript、动态脚本VBScript、数据库查询语言SQL等。

本文主要针对用户单位的科技信息类别和绩效分析的实际需求进行设计，研发的数据库管理系统主要支持对用户单位各类科技信息的显示与查询功能。显示功能使特定用户可以通过浏览器方便地查看指定数据表中的所有记录；查询功能则运用“遍历字段”和“关键字”等方式进行智能搜索，通过简单灵活的条件输入即可搜索出符合条件的记录。同时，该系统还具有对各类数据库表的所有记录或指定记录的计数和排序功能。

Abstract

It is necessary for a scientific research institute in university to do the science and technology information statistics and performance analysis every year. In this thesis, a practical management system for science and technology information statistics and performance analysis is designed and implemented. By the integrated application of ASP programming technology, the author uses the web-based database management system instead of the usual tedious manual statistics and analysis method. The system can be embedded in the website of a scientific research institute. With the browser/server mode, the system users can implement the remote, real-time database access and can query, count, sort and display all kinds of science and technology information including the personnel, funds, projects, achievements and so on. The thesis work mainly includes two parts. One is database update which is to adapt to the specific requirements of the ASP programming, involving the fields update, the field properties update and the records update in all data forms. Another part is ASP programming in which many techniques are used, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, VBScript and SQL.

The system is designed according to the practical requirements of a scientific research institute in university. It can be mainly used to display and query all kinds of the scientific and technology information of the institute. Display function can be used to see all records in a named data form with a browser conveniently. And query function can be used to take an intelligent search by the methods named “through fields” and “keywords”. The system users can get qualified data record only by inputting simple and flexible conditions. Meanwhile, the system can be also used to count these records and even rank them.

信息与数据是二十一世纪的核心，信息时代这种说法最早在第二次工业革命时诞生，一直被人们沿用至今，而后来麦肯锡公司又称我们这个时代为大数据时代。^[1]这种种的说法都表明一个现象，如今的世界已经和数据、信息有着密不可分的关系。

数据的含义不只是“数字”，还包括许多其他信息，比如文字、图像、声音等，到目前为止，数据管理经历了大致三个阶段，分别为：人工管理阶段、文件系统阶段、数据库系统阶段。^[2]
