摘 要
胃食管反流病(Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease, GERD)是指胃内容物反流入食管,引起不适症状和(或)并发症的一种疾病[1]。作为全球最常见的消化道疾病之一,GERD的患病率高并且GERD的患者生活质量显著降低,而且造成了沉重的经济和社会负担。所以治疗GERD的方法在全世界备受关注。
从目前来看,通过改变生活方式和饮食习惯来进行基础治疗并不能很好地改善 GERD 患者的症状,而药物治疗需要患者承担很高的费用,并且不能根治GERD症状,一旦停药,GERD会再次复发。通过手术治疗也容易引发并发症。LES 电刺激治疗方法作为一个手术简单,伤口小,不易引起并发症,病人经济负担也小,因此备受人们关注。
ABSTRACT
Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) refers to a disease in which the contents of the stomach flow back into the esophagus, causing discomfort and/or complications [1]. As one of the most common digestive tract diseases in the world, the prevalence of GERD is high and the quality of life of patients with GERD is significantly reduced, and it creates a heavy economic and social burden. Therefore, the method of treating GERD has attracted much attention around the world.
From the current point of view, basic treatment by changing lifestyles and eating habits does not improve the symptoms of patients with GERD. The medical treatment requires the patient to bear a huge economic burden, and cannot cure the symptoms of GERD. With medicine, the patient"s GERD is very easy to relapse. Complications are also easily caused by surgery. The LES electrical stimulation treatment method is a simple operation, a small wound, is not easy to cause complications, and does not pass drug treatment. The treatment method for patients with low economic burden has attracted much attention.
