摘 要
根据工业生产与科研的需要,物联网技术得到了大力发展,以传感器和互联网、包括移动互联网所构成的信息采集与传输技术得到了广泛的应用。传感器的多点分布,以及高精度的电压采集技术成为当前的一个重要课题。本篇文章讲述了一个高精度多通道无线采集系统的设计,它是由多个传感器在野外或不便于人类直接测量的地方采集到的微小差分电压信号,经数字化处理后,采用远程无线数据传输技术,将采集到的数据传递到终端设备上,以便于后期的处理。采集系统的设计还包含无线数据传输系统的硬件和软件设计,以实现数据的无线远程传输。
多路通道采集技术能在一个AD转换器上连接多个传感器,其通过电子开关可以进行每个通道的切换,用这种方法可以收集多路传感器的数据。因为这个优点,现在的很多设计采用多路的并行通道进行电压采集。本次设计也是多路通道的数据采集,这将大大简化电路的设计,并且提高设备的效率。信号之后经过一个高精度ad转换器,转换出数字信号后传输给MP430单片机进行数据处理,进而通过无线模块传送到远程计算机中。系统在模拟电路和数字电路连接时还加入了一些光耦元件,以使得本次设计达到高精度的要求。

The design of High precision and multi-channel wireless acquisition system
Abstract
According to the needs of industrial production and scientific research, the Internet of Things technology has been developed, with sensors and the Internet, including mobile Internet of information acquisition and transmission technology, both of which is widely used. Multipoint distribution of sensor, as well as high precision voltage acquisition technology, has become an important subject currently. This article tells the story of a high accuracy multi-channel wireless acquisition system design, which is composed of multiple sensor or is not convenient to human directly measured in the field. Collected tiny difference voltage signal, under digital processing, is transported by the use of remote wireless data transmission technology. The collected data is passed on to the terminal device, so that the late processing can use it. Acquisition system design includes hardware and software design of wireless data transmission system, so as to realize the wireless remote data transmission.
Multipath channel acquisition technology to connect multiple sensors on an AD converter, through the electronic switch can switch for each channel, in this way can collect multiple sensor data. Because of the advantages, now many of the design using voltage acquisition of multichannel parallel channels. This design is also multiplexer channel data acquisition, this will greatly simplify the circuit design, and improve the efficiency of equipment. After signal through the AD converter, a high accuracy conversion from digital signal will be sent to MP430 single-chip computer for data processing, and then sent to the remote computer through wireless module. The whole system between the analog circuit and digital circuit connection also have some light coupling components, to make the design meet the requirements of high precision.
