摘 要
在毫米波的实验之中,有很多需要测定的数据信息,其中包括天线的方向图测量,毫米波成像的幅度相位测量等,这些数据测量耗费大量的精力和时间。随着科学技术的发展尤其是计算机技术的高速发展,这些繁杂数据信心的采集分析可由计算机辅助测试系统实现。本文即是使用PC端的软件,将其应用到毫米波的测试当中,实现其自动测试的功能。
本软件系统中,PC将与信号源、频谱仪、网络分析仪、转台等设备相连,通过软件发送命令控制各种仪器协同运作,来完成实验数据的自动采集和分析。主要工作如下:
- 天线的方向图测试:采用PC端控制,在设定好信号源的频率、功率后发出发射信号,控制转台旋转扫描,该扫描为对方位扫描,可获取频谱仪接收端点的接收信号的幅值,从而绘制出天线的方向图。
- 毫米波成像的数据采集:采用PC端控制,控制平移台进行二维移动扫描,控制PNA发送毫米波信号,采集从目标反射回来的幅度信息。

Millimeter Wave Automatic Measurement Technology
Abstract
In the millimeter-wave experiments, there was a lot of data to be measured, including the direction in which the antenna pattern measurements, millimeter wave imaging amplitude and phase measurements, the measurement data takes a lot of energy and time. With the development of science and technology, especially the rapid development of computer technology, these complex data acquisition and analysis can be confident of Computer Aided Test System implementation. This article is the use of the PC software, which is applied to the millimeter-wave tests, to achieve its automatic test function.
The software system, PC connected with the signal source, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, turntable and other equipment, sending commands to control a variety of instruments co-operation to complete the automated collection and analysis of experimental data by software. The main work is as follows:
1, the direction of the antenna pattern test: The PC-side control, the transmission signal emitted after setting the signal source frequency, power, control rotation of the turret scanning, which scans for the position, you can obtain the spectrum analyzer receiving endpoint of the received signal amplitude, thereby rendering the antenna pattern.
2, the millimeter wave imaging data acquisition: The PC-side control, control translation stage two-dimensional scanning movement, control PNA transmit millimeter wave signal, reflected from the target acquisition amplitude information.
