摘 要

随着社会的发展，高校传统宿舍越显得限制了学生学习生活的自由，学生越发向往国外大学公寓式的宿舍模式。但由于对已建成的传统宿舍楼进行重建，需要非常大的资金和人力的投入，显得不切实际。因此设计一套对传统宿舍楼最小程度改造的方案具有非常高的价值和意义。

基于区块链自组织的思想，本文设计出了一套资源管理调度系统，可针对传统宿舍模式进行改造。该系统借鉴区块链去中心化的思想及其分布式管理模式的优势，使高校内公共资源能够在特定规则下进行合理地分配，且使得用户能够在该规则下自由地交换资源。该方案能够让学生更加自由和安全地使用宿舍，更加方便快捷地对宿舍资源进行管理交易。

本文首先介绍了移动端实现所需要的相关开发技术和开发环境，然后结合课题的系统方案进行需求分析，进而提出具体的功能设计方案。然后以广泛使用的安卓手机为基础平台，通过官方开发环境开发一款移动端应用程序。最后对该应用程序进行功能测试。经过测试，该移动端程序能够实现用户注册登录，对用户所占有的资源进行分配、管理和交易等功能，满足该系统方案的需求，进而可实现对传统宿舍模式的合理改造。本设计所提出的高校资源管理调度方案，不仅可用于高校，还适用于其他公共资源。

Abstract

With the development of society, the more traditional dormitory in colleges and universities restricts the freedom of students to study and live, the more students yearn for the university-style dormitory mode. However, due to the reconstruction of the completed traditional dormitory, it requires unrealistic investment of funds and manpower. Therefore, designing a set of solutions for the minimal transformation of traditional dormitory buildings has very high value and significance.

Based on the idea of ​​blockchain self-organization, this paper designs a resource management scheduling system, which can be modified for the traditional dormitory mode. The system draws on the idea of ​​decentralization of blockchain and the advantages of its distributed management model, so that public resources in colleges and universities can be reasonably allocated under specific rules, and users can freely exchange resources under the rules. The program enables students to use the dormitory more freely and safely, making it easier and faster to manage the dormitory resources.

This paper first introduces the relevant development technologies and development environments required for mobile implementation, and then combines the system solutions of the topics to analyze the requirements, and then proposes specific functional design solutions. Then develop a mobile app through the official development environment based on the widely used Android phone. Finally, the application is functionally tested. After testing, the mobile program can realize user registration and login, and allocate, manage and trade the resources occupied by the user to meet the requirements of the system solution, thereby realizing the reasonable transformation of the traditional dormitory mode. The resource management scheduling scheme proposed by this design can be used not only in universities but also in other public resources.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景

公共资源的合理分配和使用一直是被人们忽略的问题，尤其是现在信息化时代潮流不断发展，传统的模式不断的被代替，所以对公共资源进行合理的改造以满足使用者的需求是推动时代发展必不可少的一步。例如当前很多高校将图书馆数字化升级，学生可在校园APP或是在校园网站上借阅图书，预定自习室等；还有些高校将教学楼空教室管理使用状态交给学生，学生可以自由查询借用教室资源等。这些公共资源的合理调度改造，都是非常必要的，对高校学生的学习生活都带来积极的影响^[1]。

当前学校宿舍依旧是传统化的宿舍楼，宿舍楼的所有房间都用作了学生寝室，少有布置具有功能性及娱乐性的房间。由于这样传统化的安排限制了学生学习生活上的自由度，使得学生在宿舍中相对固定，当学生有调换宿舍或进行娱乐活动时，就表现出灵活性差、资源浪费等的情况。学生们也逐渐厌倦了这样枯燥的集中式的宿舍生活，开始向往国外大学里那种公寓式宿舍格局。但是由于大部分学校宿舍楼早已建成，如果想要重新建设宿舍楼非常浪费资源，且投资非常大，基本不合实际，所以学生们迫切需要有一种方法，在现在大学或者公司已有的宿舍楼条件下，将宿舍楼进行最小程度的改造来满足学生们这样的需求^[2]。
