社区发展视角下居住型历史地段复兴研究——以淮安市都天庙历史地段为例

摘 要

：城市历史地段作为城市中的珍稀地带，其中汇集着大量的大量的物质遗产、非物质遗产。而居住型历史地段以其所凝聚的时代精神更是代表了当地的历史文化精髓，因此它的更新与改造将成为城市在发展过程中所必须面对的重要问题。目前关于居住型历史地段更新的研究思路与方向已经发生了重大的变化，保护与保留已不再是它唯一的主题，而关注历史地段中的社会环境以及在此环境中生存的人们已成为了时下探讨的热点。本文切合时宜的以社区发展的视角作为居住型历史地段更新研究的切入点，探讨了如何站在人的角度去理解居住型历史地段的空间环境与人文环境。文章以都天庙历史地段为例，通过对居民生活环境、社区历史环境认知、社区认同感、社区参与度的调查，运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计、均值法、因子分析等方法，分析筛选影响居住型历史地段更新与发展的社区因素，并基于因子的重要性和居民的访谈，具有针对性的提出策略，为现阶段针对居住型历史地段的复兴改造提供了新的尝试与建议。

Abstract：As a rare area in the city, the historical area of the city contains a large number of material and intangible heritage. The residential historical area represents the essence of local history and culture with its time spirit, so its renewal and transformation will become an important issue that the city must face in the process of development. At present, great changes have taken place in the research ideas and directions of the renewal of residential historic areas. Conservation and preservation are no longer its only theme, but people who pay attention to the social environment in historical areas and survive in this environment have become the hotspot of discussion. This paper takes the perspective of community development as the breakthrough point of the renewal of residential historical sites, and explores how to understand the spatial environment and human environment of residential historical sites from the perspective of human beings. Taking the historical area of Dutianmiao as an example, through the investigation of residents"living environment, community historical environment cognition, community identity and community participation, this paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire survey, data statistics, mean value method and factor analysis to analyze and screen the community factors affecting the renewal and development of residential historical area, and based on the importance of factors and residents" visits. Talk about, put forward targeted strategies, for the present stage for the revival and transformation of residential historical areas to provide new attempts and suggestions.

2017年以“遗产和民主”为主题，融合保护、管理、参与、发展等各个层次的“德里宣言”的诞生，宣言确立城市历史环境的重要地位。 我国于2015年12月21日，在北京召开“中央城市工作会议”。 会议特别提到“一个城市要留住其特有的地域环境、文化特色、建筑风格等的‘基因’；要保护弘扬中华民族优秀的传统文化，延续城市历史文脉，保护好前人留下的文化遗产；要结合自己的历史传承、区域文化、时代要求，打造自己的城市精神”。
