医药公司财务柔性策略研究—以云南白药公司为例

摘 要

外部经营环境的稳定性和融资约束程度将影响到企业整体的发展状况，为了提前应对由于外部环境的不确定性带来的影响，企业必须要保持一定的财务柔性，这有助于保持企业的财务绩效水平，甚至能在逆境中抓住机遇，获得较大收益。尤其现在医药行业处于一个严峻的时期，企业竞争加剧，政策趋严，制造业增速放缓，此时如何让企业在重重困难下获取收益，就是一个值得研究的问题。

研究首先是从文献综述开始，通过对国内外研究现状的总结分析，对已有的研究结论进行阐述。接着对财务柔性的相关概念进行归纳法总结，分析得出财务柔性对财务绩效影响研究在理论研究上是可行的的结论，然后采取理论与实践相结合的方式，对云南白药股份有限公司（以下简称“云南白药公司”）进行案例分析。从多重角度合理地讨论云南白药公司财务柔性策略，并通过横向对比同类型医药行业的平均财务数据，得出适度的财务柔性对企业长远发展是有效的的结论。最后，通过分析云南白药公司财务柔性策略的实施方式及运用效果，了解了财务柔性的作用及应用方式，为我国同类型的上市公司提供有效的建议。

Research on Financial Flexibility Strategies of Pharmaceutical Companies：Take Yunnan Baiyao as an Example

Abstract

The stability of the external operating environment and the degree of financial constraints will affect the overall development of the enterprise. In order to respond in advance to the impact caused by the uncertainty of the external environment, the enterprise must maintain a certain degree of financial flexibility, which helps to maintain the enterprise The level of financial performance can even seize opportunities in adversity and obtain greater returns. Especially now that the pharmaceutical industry is in a severe period, with intensifying competition, stricter policies, and slower growth in the manufacturing industry, at this time, how to allow enterprises to obtain benefits under difficult conditions is a question worth studying.

The research first starts with a literature review, through a summary analysis of the domestic and foreign research status, to elaborate on existing research conclusions. Then summarize the relevant concepts of financial flexibility, analyze and draw the conclusion that the research on the impact of financial flexibility on financial performance is theoretically feasible, and then take a combination of theory and practice to Yunnan Baiyao Co., Ltd. (below Referred to as "Yunnan Baiyao Company") for case analysis. Discussing the financial flexibility strategy of Yunnan Baiyao Company from multiple perspectives, and by comparing the average financial data of the same type of pharmaceutical industry horizontally, it is concluded that moderate financial flexibility is effective for the long-term development of the enterprise. Finally, by analyzing the implementation and application of the financial flexibility strategy of Yunnan Baiyao Company, we understand the role and application of financial flexibility, and provide effective suggestions for the same type of listed companies in China.

1.1 研究背景

21世纪以来，国家间的交流沟通愈发方便，经济全球化趋势进一步加强，中国进入经济体制改革，市场的不确定性进一步体现了出来。能否拥有足够灵活的资金来应对变幻莫测的市场，显得尤为重要，经济危机就是一个典型的案例。根据研究经历过2008年金融危机的企业可以发现，大多数企业失去竞争力甚至倒闭是因为它们没有足够的财务柔性，从而导致现金流断裂。那些比较平稳的度过了金融危机的企业大多拥有充足财务柔性，甚至还有些企业完成了企业扩张，提升了企业竞争力以及行业影响力。在2018年末召开的中央经济工作会议中习近平总书记也指出，企业自身要发挥主观能动性，合理高效地控制各类风险，而提前准备好一定量的财务柔性就恰好能做到这些。
