互联网金融企业盈利模式分析 ——以中信集团为例

摘 要

1980年代以后，以互联网技术为首要核心的信息技术的飞速成熟，给人类社会的生产和生活方式带来了翻天覆地的改变。无论是社会的进步，还是经济的发展，还是企业的进一步成长，都必须建立基本稳定的强大金融体系。但是，正因为互联网金融的快速发展，传统金融和产业的集团公司也受到了不小影响。互联网金融系统是一种依靠互联网技术逐渐发展的新型金融系统，因此适应性和服务能力强，在短时间内掌握了很多金融市场。

因此，本文选择中国中信集团公司作为案例分析对象，对中国中信集团公司的收益性和模式特性进行说明和分析，对中国中信集团公司的利益模式从金融和非金融两个不同的视角出发来进行评价。本文首先对研究的背景、研究的重要性、研究的想法和方法进行说明，然后从行业的角度分析互联网环境中互联网融资的概念和基本特性。接下来研究其利润模式，选取了利润点、利润来源、利润杠杆、利润屏障四个要素进行分析。

最后，本文总结了中国中信集团公司一个利润模式的成功经验与可能存在的问题。通过网络金融行业特性的分析和中国中信集团公司的比较分析，总结出中国中信集团有限公司盈利模式的成功经验对互联网金融企业的借鉴意义与启示。

Abstract

After the 1980s, the rapid development of information technology centered on Internet technology has brought tremendous changes to the production and lifestyle of human society. Whether it is social progress, economic development, or the further growth of enterprises, a basically stable and strong financial system must be established. However, with the rapid development of Internet finance, the changes brought about by technology have had a huge impact on traditional financial and industrial group companies. The Internet financial system is a new type of financial system that relies on the gradual development of Internet technology, so it has strong adaptability and service capabilities and has mastered many financial markets in a short period of time.

Therefore, this article chooses China CITIC Group Corporation as the case analysis object to explain and analyze the profitability and model characteristics of China CITIC Group Corporation, and evaluate the interest model of China CITIC Group Corporation. From two different perspectives, financial and non-financial. This article first explains the background of the research, the importance of the research, the research ideas and methods, and then analyzes the concept and basic characteristics of Internet financing in the Internet environment from the perspective of the industry. The next study Its profit model selects four elements of profit point, profit source, profit leverage, and profit barrier for analysis.

Finally, this article summarizes the successful experience and possible problems of a profit model of China CITIC Group Corporation. Through the analysis of the characteristics of the Internet finance industry and the comparative analysis of China CITIC Group Corporation, it summarizes the significance and enlightenment of the successful experience of China CITIC Group Corporation"s profit model for Internet finance companies.
