摘 要

当今社会中小企业越来越多，企业经营中需要注意的问题也越来越多，而在这其中存货管理问题尤为明显。企业存货作为流动资产的重要组成部分，在企业的资产总额中占有很大比重。因此对存货的管理与控制，存货的过多与过少都将直接影响企业的成本，给企业带来不同程度的风险，其管理的好坏将直接关系到企业营运资金的占用水平和运作效率，并且直接关乎着企业整体运营成功与否。

在20世纪50年代，存货管理经历了三次变化，对企业管理的研究产生了相对明确的结果，使存货能够有效地管理。然而，公司存货的管理仍然存在一些问题，这些问题影响了公司存货的管理，迫使企业加强库存管理，并不断改进内部管理结构，以适应市场环境的变化。

因此在此背景下，本文通过对现有的几种存货管理模式进行分析探讨，分析其各自的优劣，并与具体企业相联系，实现企业高效的运营。

本文主要通过先从存货概念出发，到存货管理，扩展到几种普遍的存货管理模式，比如ABC分析法、经济订货批量法等，对目前中小制造企业的存货管理现状及问题进行论述，然后根据所表现出的现状以及反映出来的问题提出相对应的解决对策，最后研究具体的中小型制造企业——樱雪集团有限公司，对其进行分析，研究其存在的问题可能带来的影响，并针对这些问题产生的原因提出合理性的建议，采取一定程度的防范措施，提高企业的整体营运效率及管理水平。

Abstract
