企业集团财务管理模式研究-以万达集团为例

摘 要

企业集团是现代企业的高级组织形式，是以一个或多个实力强大、具有投资中心功能的大型企业为核心，以若干个在资产、资本、技术上有密切联系的企业、单位为外围层，通过产权安排、人事控制、商务协作等纽带所形成的一个稳定的多层次经济组织。企业集团的整体权益主要是通过明确的产权关系和集团内部的契约关系来维系；核心是实力雄厚的大企业。 按照总部经营方针和统一管理的进行重大业务活动的经济实体，或者虽无产权控制与被控制关系，但在经济上有一定联系的企业群体。

在企业集团的经营过程中，为了能够获得最大利益，就必须选择正确的财务管理模式。一个正确的财务管理模式，能够帮助企业集团在经营过程中抓住机遇，减少不必要的损失，使其在市场经济中站稳脚跟，并渐渐获得自己的一席之地。若是选择了错误的财务管理模式，会使得企业集团获利能力大大降低，严重时会使得整个企业集团分崩离析，最终走向消亡。

本文以为万达集团为例，结合所学知识，对万达集团现在实行的财务管理模式进行分析研究，对万达集团的财务管理模式提出自己的意见，并为万达集团今后应实行的财务管理模式提出建议。

Abstract

Enterprise Group is a modern enterprise of high-level organization, is one or more powerful, with investment center function of large enterprises as the core, with a number of assets, capital, technology are closely linked to the enterprise, the unit for the outer layer, Through the arrangement of property rights, personnel control, business cooperation and other ties formed by a stable multi-level economic organizations. The overall interests of enterprise groups mainly through a clear relationship between property rights and the relationship between the Group to maintain the contract; the core is the strength of large enterprises. In accordance with the headquarters management policy and unified management of the major business activities of the economic entity.

In the business process of enterprise groups, in order to get the best interests, we must choose the correct financial management model. A correct financial management model can help enterprises in the business process to seize the opportunity to reduce unnecessary losses, so that in the market economy to gain a firm foothold, and gradually get their place. If you choose the wrong financial management model, will make the enterprise group profitability greatly reduced, serious will make the entire enterprise groups fall apart, and ultimately to die.

This paper thought that Wanda Group as an example, combined with the knowledge of the financial management mode of Wanda Group is now implementing, put forward their own views for the financial management of Wanda Group, and puts forward some suggestions for the financial management mode should be implemented in the future Wanda group.

1.1 研究背景及意义

（1）研究背景：

早在春秋战国时期，我国的有迹可循的文献里就开始有大量关于财务管理方面的论述出现，而在之后的数百年间流传下来的古典文献中，也常常出现有关于经营和财务管理问题的讨论。如汉朝司马迁的《史记·货殖列传》曾提到过许多古时候的财务专家的理财案例。而到了清朝末年，康有为、梁启超等维新主义志士也都对理财有着自己的见解并纷纷出书表达自己的观点。而到了现代，我国不少财务学者都在努力探索最优的财务管理模式，并著书立说、发表高见。然而即使是这样，我国在财务管理模式这一学术领域的总结、整理、归纳和表述相较于世界水平总体上都仍然是非常落后的。我们在学习过程中学到的财务管理理论与现实公司经营过程中适用的财务管理模式之间仍然有着巨大的差别。
