初创企业财务管理存在的问题与对策

摘 要

企业初创阶段高收益的运营成效将会成为企业快速发展的原动力，此时由于企业规模小，经营业务数量少，会计计算量小，企业管理者对财务管理的认知不足，不重视财务管理制度，会计监督制度的建立健全，因此对企业发展产生极大影响。

并且由于企业处于初创期的时候，企业资源十分有限，现金流总量相对较低，没有足够的资金积累，此时合理的配置资源，协调利用资源使企业创收是企业面临的首要问题。而绝大部分中小企业的财务管理意识淡薄，极大地影响了企业的经营水平和发展。

管控企业购置资产，融通的资本，管理现金流量及利润分配财务是初创企业亟待完善的基础，因而，财务管理成为初创企业生存之本，企业要想蓬勃发展，稳定经营，就必须注重建立健全财务管理体系。本文将从企业初创期生产经营的特点出发，分析初创期企业财务管理的现状，发现财务管理的存在的问题并寻找解决问题的对策，以期为促进初创企业蓬勃发展提供参考。

Most of the SME financial management awareness is weak, greatly affected the business level and development.

相较于成熟企业而言，初创期中小企业所面临的风险与困难，特别是在财务方面压力巨大。即使初创企业在财务方面制订了一定的运作流程，但是由于初创企业与成熟企业在财务管理方面的特点有着显著差别，面临的的风险相对较大兼其规模小稳定性差，外在表现形式差异明显。所以，在目前初创期中小企业融资困难普遍存在的现状下，对中小企业在初创时期的财务管理的研究具有重要的价值。

1.2 研究目的及意义

随着社会经济的发展，要求财务管理主要是运用价值形式对经营活动实施管理，通过价值形式,把企业的一切物质条件、经营过程和经营结果都合理地加以规划和控制，达到企业效益不断提高、财富不断增加的目的。因此，财务管理既是企业管理的一个独立方面,又是一项综合性的管理工作。然而,作为一项科学的管理手段,在经济高速发展的同时，中小企业财务管理中存在的各种问题也显现出来,财务管理基础薄弱、财务制度松散、企业资金积累能力弱，以及资本结构不合理，成本管理和控制体系不健全等等。
