企业供应链金融的风险管理

摘 要

随着时代进步，企业层次趋于多样化，中小企业如今正面临融资难，贷款难的窘境。本文以企业供应链金融风险管理的研究对象，从供应链金融的研究背景研究目的开始进行分析，通过对供应链金融的概念特点及与传统金融模式的对比来发现差别，并以此发现供应链金融相对于传统金融模式的优势，判断更加适合现今中小企业的融资方式。为使结论更加科学合理，本文还将采用辩证分析、数据分析、实例分析三种方法进行分析。

在本文中以供应链金融在我国的发展现状为一个点展开，发现目前存在于企业供应链金融的问题，可能的机遇和挑战，对这些问题进行描述使印象加深。接着是本文的主题供应链金融的风险的分析，分析出中小企业内存在的供应链金融的风险，本文将分别对金融风险和融资模式风险各做分析，然后得出研究结果，明确风险的类型。最后是对供应链金融的风险进行管理，将供应链金融风险的识别、度量和控制来作为的风险管理重点，给出防范建议。

Abstract

As time progress, enterprise level tend to be diversified, small and medium-sized enterprises are now faced with financing difficulties, loans difficult dilemma.Based on the research object of enterprise financial risk management of supply chain, starting from the background research purpose studying supply chain finance is analyzed, based on the concept of financial supply chain characteristics and compared with the traditional mode of financial to find the differences, and to find supply chain financial advantages compared with traditional financial pattern, judge is more suitable for the current small and medium-sized enterprise financing way.To make the conclusion more scientific and reasonable, This article will use the dialectical analysis, the data analysis, the example analysis three methods to carry on the analysis.

In this article, taking the development of supply chain finance in our country present situation as a point, find the problems exist in the enterprises of supply chain finance, the possible opportunities and challenges, description of these problems is combined with examples to make people have a more profound impression.Then the topic of this article is the analysis of the financial risk of supply chain problems under the analysis of these enterprises of the supply chain of financial risks, this article respectively to the financial risk and risk of financing model for analysis, and then combines the results of the analysis and instance, clear the types of risk.Finally, the risk of supply chain finance management, the supply chain financial risk identification, measurement and control to the risk management as the focus, give advice.
