摘 要

财务报表分析是以企业的会计数据为基础，利用一定的分析方法和策略，遵循规范的分析流程，从整体上系统的对企业的过去和将来的经营状况给出明确的判断，帮助投资者和各需求方对企业的经济管理活动形成正确的认识。

本文首先简述了研究背景及意义，包括财务分析的意义和研究企业所在行业的背景；研究目的和方法，目前主要财务报表分析方法的概述；财务报表分析的基础理论简述，涉及其内涵、原则和主要报表分析能力指标的了解并对对象企业的简介、发展模式、盈利模式做了简单介绍。其次对企业的五年财务报表数据进行了能力指标分析和杜邦综合分析。最后指出乐视的财务状况存在成本急剧上升、利润盈利下降、债务规模扩大、财务风险增大的问题，以及给出相应的财务建议：控制成本提高利润、调整收入结构、减小财务杠杆以及提高管理水平。

Abstract

Accounting data analysis is based on the financial statements of the enterprise is based on the use of certain methods of analysis and strategy, follow standard analysis process, a whole system of the enterprise"s past and future operating conditions give a clear judgment, and help investors each demand-side management for the enterprise"s economic activities form a correct understanding.

This paper outlines the research background and significance, including the meaning of the financial analysis and context of the enterprise"s industry; and research purposes and methods, current overview of the main methods of financial statement analysis; brief analysis of the basic theory of financial statements related to its content, principles and main indicators report analysis capability to understand and target corporate profile, development model, profit model made a brief introduction. Secondly, the five-year financial data of enterprises were the last two years the ability to index data analysis and comprehensive analysis of DuPont.Finally the presence of a sharp rise in the cost of music, as the financial situation and profits declining profitability, expand the scale of debt, increased financial risk issues, and given the appropriate financial advice: control costs to improve profits, adjusted income structure, reduce leverage and improve management level.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景与意义

财务报告分析是以财务报告和其他相关资料为依据，采用一定的标准，运用科学系统的方法，对企业的财务状况、经营成果、现金流量等重要指标进行分析与评价，为财务报告分析主体的决策提供依据的一份报告资料。财务报告分析的对象就是财务报告分析的依据，是指我们依据什么来分析，主要包括财务报告和其他报告资料。财务报告是财务报告分析的主要部分，其他报告资料是财务报告分析的补充。除此之外，财务报告分析还要以企业的一些非财务信息为依据，同时还需要收集企业外部的一些数据，以便正确地分析和评价企业的财务状况和经营成果。

2005年，Youtube——世界上第一个视频网站诞生，中国也紧紧跟随着其步伐建立了中国的视频网站。我国的视频网站也是随着互联网技术的不断提高在进行着一连串的革新与发展。据IResearch调查显示，我国在线视频播放覆盖人数截止至2014年2月已经达到4.36亿，面对如此庞大的用户市场，视频网站在我国的发展竞争激烈但大有可为。在机遇与挑战、危机与生机并存的视频网站市场，在各大视频网站盈利困难，连年亏损的情况下，乐视网自2010年上市以来每年都实现盈余。然而在快速发展其产业链，打造乐视生态平台的道路上，我国特殊的政治、经济环境以及视频网站行业的不断洗牌、革新也给乐视带来了越来越沉重的压力，未来的发展前景需要更加细致到位、合理有效的规划。财务能力是一个企业是否能长久并良好发展的必备能力之一，对于乐视网来说发现现存的财务管理问题并加以改善是发展必不可少的一步。而对于财务管理问题，财务报表的研究是至关重要的。
