电器企业的现金流管理——以格力电器为例

摘 要

现金流管理对于企业的发展有着非常重要的影响，良好的现金流管理可以保证一个企业现金的流动与运转，促进企业的蓬勃发展，而不良的现金流管理则会影响到企业的经营效率与规模，对企业未来的发展非常不利。所以，对于一个企业而言，现金流管理是至关重要的一个部分。而在目前，大部分企业的现金流管理都是存在着一定的问题的，本文主要通过对珠海格力电器进行研究分析，找出该企业现金流管理的问题并提出改进方案。

本文选取的珠海格力电器是电器行业中具有代表性的一家企业，在分析过程中，首先简要说明了该课题的研究背景，阐述了研究的内容和研究的目的与意义。其次阐述了现金流管理理论，除了涉及现金流管理的相关理论知识外还包括了对电器行业现状的分析。另外针对珠海格力电器这个目标企业进行介绍及分析，并根据财务等分析发现该企业现金流管理的一些问题，主要体现在该企业流动现金没有得到充分的利用，并且企业目前现金流出过多，导致存在一定的财务风险。针对这些问题，从而提出了制定合理的筹资方案、保证企业流动资金数量、加快应收账款结算进度等解决方案。最后则是对全文进行一个总结。

Abstract

Cash flow management plays a very important influence on the development of enterprises, good cash flow management can ensure the flow and operation of an enterprise"s cash, promote the development of enterprises, and bad cash flow management will affect the business efficiency and scale. So, for an enterprise, cash flow management is a very important part of the. At present, most of the enterprise"s cash flow management is a certain problem, this paper mainly through the research and analysis of Zhuhai GREE electric appliance, find out the problem of cash flow management in the enterprise and put forward the improvement plan.

This paper selects Zhuhai Gree Electric appliances electrical industry is representative of a business. In the analysis process, begins with a brief description of the research background of the subject, describes the purpose and significance of the research content and research. Secondly, it describes the theory of cash flow management, in addition to the relevant theoretical knowledge of cash flow management, including the analysis of the current situation of the electrical industry. Also on the target enterprises of Zhuhai Gree Electric appliances for introduction and analysis, and according to the financial analysis found some problems of the enterprise cash flow management, mainly reflected in the enterprise cash flow has not been fully utilized and enterprise at present the cash outflow, lead to the existence of certain financial risk. In view of these problems, it puts forward the solution to make reasonable financing plan, guarantee the quantity of enterprise liquidity, and speed up the progress of accounts receivable settlement. 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

随着社会的飞速发展，人们的生活水平得到了很大的提高，电器对于我们而言已然成为了不可或缺的生活必备品。但是纵观近几年来电器行业的发展趋势，我们不难发现，销售规模高达万亿元级别的家电业，如今已经步入了衰退期。

据同花顺统计，截至2015年9月1日，家用电器行业已经公布中报的62家上市公司中，今年上半年净利润同比下降的有23家，除此之外，净利润增速放缓的有34家。“现在家电基本处于衰退期，或者微增长，或者负增长，至于衰退期有多久目前还难以判断，但是我们正在处于这个过程之中。”家电业资深专家刘步尘表示。 受衰退的影响，电器企业的现金流量比率普遍下降，同比下降的有27家，甚至当中有15家出现负数，意味着经营活动产生的现金净流量为负的。
