中小型制造企业存货管理问题研究

摘 要

存货作为中小型制造企业流动资产的重要组成部分，直接影响到企业资金占用水平以及资产的运作效率，进而影响企业的整体管理水平和企业经济效益。目前我国大多数中小型制造企业对存货的管理不够重视，还是将主要精力投入到提高销售和扩大规模上，因此存货管理的各个方面都存在着许多问题，比如企业存货会计计量不合理、核算不规范、内控制度不健全、存货管理信息化程度低、企业各部门之间缺乏合作、企业内部人员缺乏相关知识、管理模式不当等。

本文针对中小型制造企业存货管理中出现的问题，结合所学知识，并以南京空鹰消防设备制造有限公司为例，提出了加强和完善企业存货管理的对策，对策包括加强存货管理内部控制体系、加强存货管理内部沟通及提高人员素质、加强存货管理信息化水平等。

Research on Inventory Management of Small and Medium Sized Manufacturing Enterprises

Abstract

Inventory as an important part of current assets in small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises directly affects the level of corporate capital and operational efficiency of assets and then affects the enterprise"s overall management level and economic benefits of enterprises. At present, most of the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in our country are not paid enough attention to the management of the stock or the main energy input to increase sales and expand the scale on, so all aspects of inventory management have many problems, such as unreasonable enterprise inventory accounting measurement, accounting irregularities, internal control system is not perfect, low level of informatization of inventory management, the lack of cooperation among the various departments and enterprises, internal staff lack related knowledge, management mode, such as improper.

In this paper, according to the problems in inventory management of small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises, combining with the knowledge, and taking Nanjing Air Eagle Fire Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen and improve the inventory management of enterprises. The countermeasures include strengthening the internal control system of inventory management, strengthening the internal communication of inventory management, improving the quality of personnel, and strengthening the information level of inventory management.

自上个世纪末以来，我国就树立了成为工业制造大国的目标。制造业自然成为我国实现工业大国这一目标的重要途径之一。据调查估计，到2020年，我国制造业将占世界比重的四分之一左右，成为工业制造大国。

劳动力富足、信息资源丰富、产品价格优势，这些都是我国制造业现今具有的优势。但是由于制造业存货的数量巨大，资金是制造业企业日常经营的重中之重，而存货又时刻影响着企业的资金运转，所以存货管理问题成为现今制造企业首先需要解决的问题。
